The hotel is located some distance from the town, about 15-20 minutes away. The room I stayed in was not cold, but everything else was good, including the room cleaning and good service attitude.

Booked for 1 night only even though I stayed in Semporna for 3 days but YES we continued because the room was clean. Satisfied 😊
only if you can, you can add slippers for the toilet to make it easier for Muslim customers for hygiene reasons.

Location near to jetty and middle of the town. Clean room, no noises at night, close to one jetty and not far from city center.

The service is very good. Any situation is solved promptly. There is a lady at the front desk who can speak Chinese. There is a large supermarket next to it. It is also very close to the durian shop and KFC.
