We were shocked and surprised when we arrived Ellys Home on 9 April. There is a Malay staff waiting for us at the entrance and he informed us our stay is changed to Paly Hotel (just next to Ellys Home). The staff passed us a call from the owner of Ellys Home. She said it is Trip.com error that the website still allow and confirm the booking even the Ellys Home is already fully booked. Therefore, she arranged for us the replacement at Paly Hotel.
Generally, Paly Hotel is good. However, it is better to update the travelers in advance for any changes (instead of informing only on that day on the spot). We have no choice to accept the change and this caused inconvenience to update our travel agency in last minute.
For this reason, I will not recommend others to make bookings via Trip.com.

房間空間很好！床品也舒適，如果能提供額外枕頭和冰箱就完美了！
附近很多食店，一下樓對面就有自助洗衣店非常好！
店家是秒回訊息，在店當地小哥也是和藹親切！我們走的時候還，跑著過來問我們要不要水！雖然我們有水沒要但感覺非常窩心！
