We had a pleasant stay here. Family-friendly, comfortable and just as perfect. Spacious rooms with airconds and hot showers each, kitchen was well organised, with some cooking tools prepared for homecook meals. Location wise, restaurants and convenient stores are just within walking distant. Service was okay, and overall experience was great. No expectation but it blew my mind. Point given on that. Cons; Of course, the noise. If you expect you would get serene and quiter stay, well guess what, it won’t. You could find better option or a peaceful stay outside of the town area. If you opt for that, then by all means. Secondly, the gate at the entrance could be improved, it is safe but less-convenient. The smell of the water, fish and whatnots from the surroundings were a bit disturbing, but hey, this ain’t Sephora man. These are just small matters, it would not affect your whole trip experience. The location is convenient, the restaurant is right on the ground floor; the terrace view is excellent! Only three things: 1) The anti-theft lock of the door is damaged. Locking it means that it is unlocked. Then at around 9 o'clock in the evening, other residents will open the door and enter!!! I'm so scared that I don't dare to discipline!!! 2) The patio door lock is broken again 3) The air conditioner in the lobby has no air conditioning at all, making it very hot and toasty. Will not go again.

3 bedrooms are available, 4 double beds and 1 single bed; can accommodate 7 people, the air conditioner and water heater are normal, the front desk will give you the air conditioner when you check in (deposit 100), and it will be refunded when you check out. Downstairs is the restaurant, and there are resident singers at night (until around 11 p.m.), which is a bit noisy. The microwave, oven, and water dispenser in the room can be used; the Gree air conditioner is very powerful? Will not feel hot. Yantai is very big, you can directly see the scenery downstairs, don't smoke in the room, you can smoke in Yantai. Fat Ma's seafood is so-so. It takes a few minutes to walk to Nanhai Fishing Village, where the price is very high. There will be a queue at mealtime. Note: the door of the hotel apartment is on the right side of Zhan Quanji by the sea. There are a bunch of children at the door who will help you carry things and ask for tips. Unless you really can’t carry them, don’t give a penny, because there will be a bunch of people around. In addition, the possibility of late check-out is not high.

The hotel is the Fat Ma Seafood Restaurant upstairs in the food market, and Zhan Quanji is also downstairs! It’s just below the pier when going out to sea. It’s very convenient to go upstairs after going out to sea. The only problem is that the restaurants are noisy and crowded, but overall it’s ok.

The location is extremely convenient, especially suitable for family outings and small group outings

Don’t think about sanitation in Xianben, but the location is absolutely perfect. Every time you come back from island hopping, you will be home, which is very good

The location of the apartment is very good, there are restaurants downstairs. When you come back from island hopping and go ashore, you will be home, seamless. The apartment provides a gas stove, and you can buy seafood downstairs and steam it yourself. The apartment is also very close to the supermarket, and it is very convenient to replenish food. The living room of the apartment is very good, but the room is average, the bathroom is a bit not clean.

Review for semporna Summary: Horrible condition. Dirty, not organized and disgusting. We walked in, the fridge, the rice cooker and rubbish bins were not clean, in fact there were food left in them and has mold all over, inside the fridge, on the dishes etc. Couldn’t unsee all the disgusting leftovers left in the fridge and kitchen. The kitchen not to mention was disgusting. Coffee stain on the kitchen top, table, cabinet, it was sticky, brown and just disgusting. Then the floor, bathroom and general cleanliness. Basically the floor was dirty, the bathroom has hair on the floor and sink, no toilet papers in the bathroom. Lastly, we then realized there were no towels, had to call them to bring everything. Maybe we were bad luck, they never came in to clean before we walked in. But I would absolutely never come back to this place again. Moldy monster is here to haunt.
