They had lots of complimentary amenities on offer in the lobby including different types of teas, skincare products, hair products and bath products. The room itself is your typical business hotel. It was clean, had an all in one bathroom, small desk and air purified and humidifier. The bed was comfy and there was room under the bed to store smaller luggage items. I would definitely recommend this hotel as a convenient budget option

I’ve stayed in many budget and business hotels in Japan. This was by far my worst experience. I stayed for several days to attend a conference nearby. The price was reasonable and location was close to subway and central city. There must be better options in this area and price range. Consider this a last resort hotel when bookings aren’t available elsewhere. Service was poor by Japanese standards. Rooms were run down and in dire need of renovations, it smelled a lot of cigarettes, especially if you opened the window. Walls were thin and it was difficult to sleep with noisy neighbours and firm uncomfortable bedding. A breakfast service is available but I don’t recommend this, the food available is limited and lacks the usual continental options or local specialties typical for Japanese hotels. I communicated with staff almost entirely in Japanese and I’m not sure they are able to accommodate foreign tourists who cannot. For these reasons I do not recommend this hotel, especially if you are visiting Japan from abroad.
