I love this hotel so much. Room is super spacious and love the scent of this hotel once you step into this hotel. Walking distance to many places such as Sendai Morning Market , donki donki, Japanese local restaurants and Sendai Station ( a bit far ) If you didn’t book breakfast here is fine too, there are some restaurant nearby early in the morning for English Breakfast or to go. We drove our car here , however you need to pay JPY 1500 per day to park your car. Reception is at 26th floor so once you park your car you need to take lift to lobby and from lobby take another lift to reception check in.

Came to see Yuzuru Hanyu's NS ice show and booked this hotel. It's quite close to Sendai Station, about 8-9 minutes walk. There are 711 and Lawson convenience store downstairs, which is quite convenient. Disposable items are available, pick them up at the lobby elevator entrance, which is quite useful. Lotion, rubber bands, cotton pads, bathrobes, toner, facial cleanser, makeup remover, etc. are all available. . This is quite good!! Hygiene: The room is very clean, the bedding is also clean, and I didn't feel uncomfortable with my skin after staying for a few nights. The space is also large (after all, Japanese hotels are relatively small), and two large 26-inch suitcases can be opened🧳🧳. Service: The front desk staff can speak English, and you can also store your luggage. The service attitude is very friendly and great. Facilities: The basic equipment is complete, and the hot water is large and hot enough to take a shower, which is very comfortable.

The price was reasonable and location was close to subway and central city. There must be better options in this area and price range. Consider this a last resort hotel when bookings aren’t available elsewhere. Service was poor by Japanese standards. Rooms were run down and in dire need of renovations, it smelled a lot of cigarettes, especially if you opened the window. Walls were thin and it was difficult to sleep with noisy neighbours and firm uncomfortable bedding. A breakfast service is available but I don’t recommend this, the food available is limited and lacks the usual continental options or local specialties typical for Japanese hotels. I communicated with staff almost entirely in Japanese and I’m not sure they are able to accommodate foreign tourists who cannot. For these reasons I do not recommend this hotel, especially if you are visiting Japan from abroad.

KOKO should have acquired many hotels of other brands and changed them to their own management model. There are two hotels near Sendai Station. It is about 1.6km to Sendai Station by foot. There are barrier-free roads throughout the journey, so it is not a big problem even if you push the suitcase out of Sendai Station. The Japanese are a bit rigid in doing things. I arrived at 2:30, and there was a room, but I still asked the customer to wait until 3 o'clock to check in. Later, I don't know why I got it right again, and asked the customer to check in at 2:45. In short, on-site management is an art. If you are just working there, you just need to follow the process. It is not far from Tohoku University. Cross the road and walk to the end. After entering the campus, go straight and turn right, and you can see the statue of Mr. Li. I don't know the origin, but the liveliness and watchability are not as good as the Awa Dance Festival in Tokushima. I came here to join in the fun. So I politely asked him to go back. Who can't hail on the roadside... In short, the KOKO series is worth staying for cost-effectiveness. But if you are a couple, especially on your honeymoon, well, you know, this is a business series, which may ruin your romantic atmosphere, not recommended... That's all.

There are many delicious and fun things to do at the station. We also ate specialties such as beef tongue and edamame milkshake. According to the information provided in the hotel leaflet, we took the loop tourist bus to visit several attractions in the city.

The hotel is located just a few minutes by walking behind the main station and there are a lot of yummy food stores along the way & at the station so we never stayed hungry. There was a lot of road works during the time we were there so it’s a bit inconvenient but apart from that the room was at decent size & very clean. If you arrive early than standard check-in time, do a little walk around the city center and come back a little before the time so that you may avoid the queue when everyone shows up at said time.

This is a new building hotel that opened in March 2020 on the east exit side of Sendai Station. Since the hotel is basically a private stay, if you have a beautiful futon, bath and toilet, and amenities such as beautiful towels and hair dryers, the front desk is simple and smooth for parents. It was cut off and I felt like I couldn't complain. Under the situation of the corona whirlpool, the hospitality required for accommodation facilities felt comfortable, including security, but there was no knowledge and language ability. I'm very sorry that the way to say it is not appropriate, but I was a good impression because I am a person who does not know the service of a luxury hotel. It's a hotel in such a place, and in any area on a global scale, the image of the east side of the station is large, but there are convenience stores around, and Miyagino Station on the Tozai Subway Line is also nearby. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to Sendai Station, so I feel that it is a good place for those who want to rest quietly.

In addition, although the service staff can't speak Chinese, they are still very polite and patient to solve my cleaning needs. When I left the hotel, they sent me out of the lobby and watched the car go away, and kept bowing. The emotional value is in place, and the price seems to be very cheap haha
