Beautiful resort! rooms are clean and have nice view from balcony just like pictures on trip. can swim on beach but you can hear the waves fm balcony and bday dining area

This hotel is genuine, the view is really good, the beach is cool, but the beach is not private. Then the crew there didn't seem like they were fully equipped. Looks like I'm still confused about that. But it pays off with the sunset view there

The location of the hotel is very good, in the bay of Sengigi. When checking in, registering at the front desk felt like playing a recording, with no emotion. The room is not big, and it is very convenient to have a special laundry room. You can see the sea when you go out, and the breakfast is self-service. It's rare to be able to help yourself without many people. The scenery is superb, and the sea breeze is very comfortable.

Geeat location ,facilities ,swimming oool, rooms are very cleanand comfortable, staff is so frienly and helpfull, Dinner at the reatoran was also very delicious, Sani from the eestoran served well. I would came back again. The resort is sea front. the sea was not so vave.

The room I stayed has - Poor internet connection. The internet TV kept lagging. Forget about watching TV. One of the reasons I decided to upgrade, however both rooms have the same problems. - All the TV programs need to pay, even the local Indonesian Channels, however the technician managed to come over to resolve. However, only local channels and a few internet channel is available, in the end due to the poor internet connectivity, its as good as not watching (see above comments). - a faulty electric kettle. There are rust inside the kettle. Seem like no one has used it due to the condition. - no drinking water provided. I have upgraded the room and the previous room has drinking water provided. - no shampoo and soap top up. I needed to wait for the room service to provide before I can have my shower. The pavement lights on the stairways towards the pool area was not well light up. I missed a step going down at night and almost fell. During the day time I see that some of the lights along the steps have exposed wires and faulty. Service is very good and I slept comfortably.

Guys, thank you a lot for our comfortable stay at yr hotel. I am from Russia and I took mom with me to see and explore beautiful Indonesia🇮🇩. We were staying for 5 days in May 23 at Deluxe Ocean View. Both of us did enjoy our stay, especially: 🌟the very hospitable and attentive personnel. Guys, 5 stars to you and our special thanks to those at restaurant: Sunny, Wowan, Habib, Arman and sending our yummy thanks to the Cook🙏(Sorry if I misspelled yr names) You are doing yr job greatly: very considerate, heartful and super helpful😇 We were ordering meal from the restaurant and it took Max 30 mins to get it delivered and again thanks to Sunny and Wowan and great Cook; one day they even put extra Krupuks as they noticed that I liked those. Hearty thanks to the Girls at reception! (Don't remember the names 😏) Super beautiful and helpful🙏 🌟the territory is nice: with nice views plus a great big swimming pool with all the necessary facilities 🌟cleanliness of rooms and a good quality of furniture, bed linen! Clean, tidy and very charming to stay in rooms and enjoy time in the quite spacious balcony (of our Deluxe Ocean view) 🌟AC is working greatly Bad things/ Disadvantages 👎and things to improve: ⛔ there was No internet at all - so I could not do my distant work and lost money bcz of that((( (We were said that this was on the whole island.. some problem but anyway NO WiFi and ⛔No Working TV set as it's work depends directly on work of the Internet ⛔some corners on the territory are not clean and with some old shabby, not used stuff.. for example, spa zone is closed and dirty downstairs as not in use. ⛔the beach line is super small and some rubbish there as locals come to it and leave garbage😔 and it is totally impossible to swim cause we were said that there are tides and waves and that's why it is not safe

The staff are truly amazing, Rooms latge with a shared pool dor the adjoining room. Which was empty so we had it for your own use. Overlooking the water.

If you want a peaceful and having a relaxation whether its for family and friends this place is perfect... you can have your own pool. The staff are amazing and helpful....... bed and room are so spacious.......... a good value for the money.
