Beautiful resort! rooms are clean and have nice view from balcony just like pictures on trip. can swim on beach but you can hear the waves fm balcony and bday dining area

Great property on the hill above sengiggi. Easy walk down and up to get to nearby restaurants. Room was a great size, few cosmetic issues but nothing major

The room is not too big, but the bathroom is big and it is clean overall, although the decoration is not very new. The outdoor swimming pool seems clean, but I didn't have time to experience it.

Excellent!! Oh yeah, I left my mukenah in room 321/231 (I'm not sure) Hopefully it will be washed and given to those in need. God willing, it's still very worthy😊😊

Sea view hotel, good, very cost-effective. An unexpected surprise, will be the first choice next time. The room is clean, tidy and comfortable, the service staff is polite and meticulous.

I have been in Lombok for half a month and this is the only hotel I have received negative reviews from. Before 9 o'clock in the morning, I knocked on the door one by one and asked if it needed cleaning. The sound insulation was poor. The other hotels I stayed at all had hair dryers, but this one was really out of the ordinary. The front desk said they would refund the money the next day and see if other rooms were available. It was amazing for such a big hotel. My friend booked a suite for one day, but there was no hair dryer, so he decided to change hotels the next day. We stayed 4 nights and didn't even wait for the wind to blow. There are geckos in the room and all over the walkways The toilet was extremely slippery. I fell down on the first day. When I returned home, my whole arm was still purple. The layout of the room is not good either. The toilet is very big and the room is small. The beach is not good either, it’s dirty The point is that the front desk is particularly unfriendly to Chinese people I recommend Catamaran. The cheaper one is holiday resort.

This hotel is genuine, the view is really good, the beach is cool, but the beach is not private. Then the crew there didn't seem like they were fully equipped. Looks like I'm still confused about that. But it pays off with the sunset view there
