"We booked the mangsit suite but the location of the suite is not strategic because being separated by the road in the middle rather than the main resort which has all the facilities like the restaurant, beach, pool and reception. The room is particularly old and the furniture is dusty and broken. Amenities is cheap and the body wash is not even bubbling. The sofa has stained. The only pro is the room is big and the staff is nice. Breakfast is good and the area for the dining and the pool is very beautiful and scenic"

"Kaamaran Hotel & Resort was 100/100, i stayed here for 10 days and had a wonderful experience. From the clean, spacious room, breakfast buffets, hospitality and overall the beautiful building my family loved it. "Loads of potential and most of the staff are friendly and try their best. The resort could focus on training their employees so that they can deliver services on a more higher level. They are able to do their jobs but it's very basic and doesn't fit the brand image that they are trying to portray. The food quality was not of high standard and when the hotel is not full they cold probably provide a set menu for breakfast. It may not be as good at first, but for reducing food wastage and food related health it could be beneficial. Our stomachs weren't happy when we ate at the resort because of this. For staff, you can empower your workforce by rather having a few people who are highly skilled but in a variety of areas. Maybe doing family weekends and have a kids club going to get younger families witih kids under 12 to come, as I feel like this is a great resort for young families since the beach is calm and the pools are set up like that. There is a massive area on the one side of the common area that could possibly have a play area with a little crafts centre going. The location is far from most places so if the resort focused on uplifting this would probably help a lot. It really has a lot of potential."

I stayed at the Oberoi Hotel in Lombok for 350 US dollars and at the Lombok Island Cottage Suite Hotel Private Villa for 450 US dollars, but your hotel's Garden Villa at 888 RMB is really a great value for money. Most importantly, the staff are very friendly to Chinese people. Whether it's the front desk or the restaurant waiters, everyone can speak Chinese and greet you with ”How are you?” There is even a Chinese staff member at the front desk, who is really very kind. Both the room and the view are really great. I really want to say that the price is really a great deal. I never imagined that for a few hundred RMB, I could have such wonderful memories here."
