I hope it will become a business that pays more attention to the opinions of customers. What are we supposed to do if we hear only complaints without confirmation that the room is cold...? Who do I need to get confirmation from? In the end, on the second day out of two nights, another 3 people checked and turned on the boiler saying they were sorry. I am one person who regrets choosing this lodging out of many lodgings around just by looking at the app.
