All the staff were friendly, and although I was worried about the mechanical parking, I was glad that they provided valet parking. When I first checked in and there was a problem with the room I was in, they quickly moved me to another room, which I was grateful for. 롯데타워 방문으로 이용. 가깝고 주위에 먹을 곳도 많고. 직원분이 아주 친절하셨고 인테리어도 모던. 침구도 편안하고 스타일러까지 있어서 좋았다

It's good because it's close to Lotte World Mall. The staff are friendly. However, because there were more people, it took some time for towels, disposable toothbrushes, slippers, bedding, etc. to be prepared, which was frustrating. And I found hair and dust on the bedding and towels. If only these things could be changed, I think it would be a good place to stay.
