Friendly staff, good location, clean room and reasonable price

People who visited nightclubs and bars came back late at night and were still not sleeping. They were shouting, laughing, and jumping. They were noisy from 2.30 to 4.30. The hotel called the front desk and no one was there after 10 p.m. I called the platform merchant customer service and they asked me to leave and refunded my money. They also said that this was a hostel, not a hotel, and I could be louder. I knocked on the door and told them to be quieter, but no one paid attention. The Japanese guest next door asked what was going on after I knocked on the door a few times. I told her that it was past 2 a.m. and it was too noisy. She apologized and said she was going to sleep, but she still didn't stop. Not to mention the Koreans in 302 who made the most noise. As a result, the hotel customer service sent a message to my platform 358 minutes later, saying that I had no right to knock on their door, saying that they complained to me that I was making noises, and their attitude was actively bad. All these conversations and the evidence I recorded that night are still there.

The room was clean and the location was great! For a guest house, the toilet and shower room were also pretty clean. It smelled like sewage, so I closed the toilet door and it got better. The smell of sewage coming from the window next to my bed was unbearable. The walls of the rooms were thin, so if there was a noisy room, conversations could be heard all the way down to the floor below, making you wonder if the Japanese girls were in the same room. If you're only looking for cleanliness and location, it's fine! The smell and noise might be unbearable unless you're staying for a few hours.

The location is very good. You have to walk up the stairs and the staff will help you carry your luggage👍 There are hot and cold water dispensers and coffee machines in the public area👍👍It's very convenient for shopping, eating and the subway station nearby. The bus pick-up point to Everland is nearby.

Stayed here in July. It should have just opened. It's very clean and new. The location is also very good. The lady at the front desk also helped to carry the luggage to the third floor. The only problem is that the soundproofing is not very good. Other than that, I am very satisfied. I will come again.
