共預訂了兩間房，分別是家庭房和雙人房，分在兩個樓層。大樓本身是酒店式公寓，因為靠近弘大新村的關係，有看到不少外國人，位於兩個地下鐵站的中間，步行約8-10分鐘。 附近有餐館和便利店，交通位置便利 房內有提供基本的廚餐具/微波爐/洗脫烘，如果住的時間比較長的話可以自行洗衣，但洗+烘要3-4小時就是了 房內空間要攤開3個26寸以上的行李箱需要稍微調整家具的位置。稍微比較可惜的是房內的桌子蠻小的，要聚在一起用餐的話（和其他家人），空間不太夠但考慮到價格，屬於性價比不錯的住宿，推薦適合來韓國住上好幾天的人
