Poor hotel Rude clerks, poor website, poor directions, dirty neighborhood, prone to confrontation with staff, capsules are small, don't stay, booking sites make it hard to leave a negative review so you can't trust them.

I was here just for two nights, it was good for that short time

The sleeping area is tidy, although the ventilation leaves much to be desired. As for the toilet, it is extremely unpleasant, lacking a lock for the shower room and suffering from foul odors and inadequate sanitation.

My train was arriving at 23:45 and the staff were waiting for me, so kind ... I got everything I needed. Thank you I recommended it to my friend too

I was late because my flight arrived at 10pm, but they charged me a late check in fee and they also took extremely long to open the door, i was calling multiple times before they finally let me in. Also there's no food/drinks allowed, with a penalty of 300$ if you eat in your hotel. Pretty weird, i understand it's a capsule but not being able to eat at your own room is strange. Also the bathroom stunk and the unisex showers were in the same room with no privacy and no place to change. Thankfully i arrived so late so no one came in haha.

Good and nice hotel. Good for one traveler and easy to find the place.

There are 2 floors in total, not big, and no elevator. 2. There is no air conditioning in the public area, which is also very narrow. Only each bed has an air conditioner. Instead of the traditional curtains as partitions, glass windows are used as partitions to form independent "small bedrooms". If you sleep alone, the environment is better than that of ordinary beds and will be a little bigger. 3. The shower room and toilet are in the same room. The first floor is for men and the second floor is for women. There is no lock, which will make you feel a little insecure, and the shower room is very cramped... It's a bit difficult to use... 4. The kitchen and dining room are provided for use, and everything is available, including refrigerators, cooking utensils, seasonings, and you can buy raw materials yourself. There are also lockers. 5. I didn't see a washing machine, but it should be there because this is a family renovation. There is really no place to hang clothes... The public area is terrible... Environment Economic and comfortable Sanitation Clean Service 1. The service attitude is good, and the Korean aunt helped me carry my luggage up. 2. There is no conversion plug... 3. No free drinking water is provided, you have to buy it yourself. 4. I don't know if the slippers are disinfected and cleaned regularly, they are a bit old, it's best to bring your own.
