Perfect location (I even met Arnold Schwarzenegger at the front of the hotel 😅) Friendly service Just the price for parking is crazy high .. If I book a hotel mentioned „parking available“ I do actually think it’s for free and not 55 CNY a day.

Not only is their customer service terrible, they will have you bend over backwards before they do the minimum to make it up to you. If you're on a work conference, fine. Otherwise, stay anywhere else in the city!

Great staff and convenient location in downtown Toronto. The gym was small but had most of the equipment I needed.

Food was under average for a Hotel of this status. I ate in room as well as at the lobby restaurant twice during my two night stay. Just not putting any effort for that little bit extra that is needed to get a thumbs up and have people remembering that this Hotel respects food too.

The location is perfect, a ten-minute walk from the Union Station and just adjacent to the ferry pier to Toronto Island. The ferry just cost 8.70 CAD for round trip for 20 mins. It is a nice place to visit, especially those who enjoy nature. We booked a room facing the lake, which is highly recommended. It is a real picture taken in the early morning from the window. The room service is nice and the buffet breakfast with lots of varieties of food. I needed to have a zoom meeting, and the internet service is stable. Though it is a paid service, it was waived as I am Bonvoy Member. Do join their membership.

Beautiful hotel! Location was perfect. We decided to go to the immersive Van Gogh exhibit and the walk was approximately 5 minutes, the Keg restaurant was about 7 minutes walk, beaver tails approximately 5 minutes or less! I would say the few things that were not perfect were not enough drinking water in the room and the windows were not fully clean. Other than that, pretty great experience!

I went on my birthday. It was not really good hotel to compare with others hotel which have same deal. Parking lots were so bad to get in.

Loved it so much the first time that I wanted to repeat it again. Breakfast was fabulous. The waiter even gave up coffee cups with coffee on the go. It almost felt like we were visiting his home how hospitable he was.
