I stayed here with my Korean boyfriend for 4 nights and 5 days in April 2024. The nearest station is Euljiro Saga Station on Line 2, so it was perfect for me since I usually hang out along Line 2 in Hongdae and Seongsu. I was also happy that there was a coffee stand at the station and a 7-Eleven on the first floor of the hotel! There were some parts of the room that I thought were not cleaned properly, but since it was a long stay and I was looking for a hotel with a washing machine and a reasonable price, I was very satisfied and comfortable! He said, "It really feels like a Korean house," so it might be good for people who want to feel like they are living in Korea? lol However, it is a bit of a walk from the station and the area around the hotel gets quite dark at night, so if you are staying alone as a woman, you should be careful to return before the sun goes down. I forgot about the amenities because it had been a while since I stayed there, but if you tell the front desk if there is not enough water or towels or if they have not been replaced, they will kindly help you 😊 I think the front desk is open after 10pm? I don't think there were any guests there late at night, so be careful about that. I'd like to stay here again if I have the opportunity!

Since it is a residence, it does not have a lot of amenities. The hotel has a convenience store and cafe within walking distance from Dongdaemun, and there is also a famous Michelin-rated cold noodle restaurant nearby. The room was warm and spacious, so I was able to spread out my luggage and relax!

Located in the center of Seoul, easy to move around. Spacious interior space, city view, and great value for money.

The hotel is a bit older, but the location is okay! The environment is quiet. There is a washing machine in the room for washing clothes (single packs of laundry detergent can be purchased at the counter) There is a gas stove in the room so you can cook. Cutlery, knives and pots are available for rent from the hotel.

The location is OK, within walking distance to the local market, the room is big but old, 90's style.

It was very spacious and clean. I plan to use it again next time.

First of all, the staff was very nice. The room was spacious and relaxing.It has a washing machine, so it's suitable for long stays. There is a 24-hour convenience store on the first floor, and a large conventional market [Chubu Dried Fish Market] in front of you Fun! I would like to use it again next time! thank you for helping me

An absolute gem of a place. Our room had cooking facilities, even a washing machine ensuite. Beds were firm but comfortable. Feels like underfloor heating when cold and an air-con if too hot. Great local restaurants nearby - just ask at reception. Drawbacks - shower did have some mould in places, but not a lot; difficult to find, so use taxis - they're cheap enough. Would certainly stay here again.

The location was hard to find Place was too old and not kept Whole atmosphere was dark and gloomy Service desk was terrible/couldn’t even arrange a taxi for us… There is nothing good around the hotel Only good thing about is the salesperson of the small / tiny convenient store inside the lobby. She was friendly and tried to help! Will not recommend.
