Excellent location. Very close to Changgyeonggung Palace and the Jongmyo Shrine. Easy walking distance to both Bukchon Hanok Village and Gyeongbokgung Palace. Halfway between Anguk and Jongno 3 Subway Stations. Plenty of choices around the hotel for food and beverages (a Seven Eleven is pretty much downstairs) The room itself was very clean with a comfortable double bed. Had a mini bar fridge (with complementary bottled water) and the air conditioning was great during the heatwave! The bathroom had bottled shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Daily room service. Would recommend to solo travellers if you just need a bed to rest in and a shower to soak in. Would stay at it again.

The hotel is quite old. The room looked nothing like the pictures. The neighborhood is good, but I wouldn’t stay here again. I stayed at Dada hotel my last few night. It was cheaper and cleaner than this place.

Great location so close to the palaces, musuema , Anguk subway stop ,myeongdong and Insadon. The staff at Coups Hotel were very helpful and friendly.

The location is excellent, not far from anywhere, especially there are many restaurants nearby, there are also alley shops, especially good to visit, not far from University Road and Insadong, I will stay nearby next time. The hotel is indeed old, the facilities are average, but the service and hygiene are good, and drinks are provided. There is a free coffee machine on the first floor, and there is always someone on duty at the front desk, which is quite safe.

The room was clean. It was far from the subway and the bathtub was only a shower.

I was a little worried because the exterior looked old, but the staff were kind and I had a comfortable stay. I was glad that the bed was warm. Shampoo, body soap, toothpaste, hair styling product, lotion, and milky lotion were provided.

Even though I missed the final check-in time at 11pm, the man at the front desk smiled kindly and said "It's OK in Japanese" and let me into my room😭 There is a 7-Eleven right in front of the hotel so you can buy what you need, and it's less than a 10-minute walk to Anguk Station and Jongno 3-ga Station, and about 20 minutes to Gwangjang Market! Changdeokgung Palace is also just to the left when you leave the hotel!! Cleaning is done every day, and water is left for you! The shower pressure is good, and the hair dryer is not weak! The location, the people, and the service are all great, so I'd like to come back!!

The hotel is just a ten-minute walk away from Anguk Station or Jongno 3-ga Station. Anguk Station is the commercial district of Bukchon Hanok Village, and Jongno 3-ga Station is the night market street stalls and Ikseon Hanok Village. The restaurant and bar area of ​​a relatively small Korean house village. Water and sweet drinks are provided for free in the room, and the bathtub is also a jacuzzi! Unfortunately, the facilities in the room (such as cabinets/tables and chairs) feel very old, and the supplies provided (such as toothpaste/hairbrush) also seem to have been used by too many people (at least I dare not touch them!)

We arrived 1 hour early on a rainy day and were checked in at the front desk. The uncle at the front desk was very polite and checked in quickly. The room was small but fully equipped, clean and tidy, and was cleaned every day. It is cost-effective and close to the famous scenic spots Gyeongbokgung Palace and Changdeokgung Palace. There are many restaurants and convenience stores around, and it is very lively at night. Close to Anguk Subway Station and Jongno 3-ga Station, there is a direct bus to the airport.

There is a 24-hour front desk so you don’t have to worry about your flight being late. The location is good, close to the subway station Anguo Station. There is Dunhua Gate nearby where you can take photos and it is a holy place for tourists to check in. Personally, I don't think it's very comfortable to sleep in. The toilet has been leaking badly, and the bed feels itchy. I suggest you bring something to spread on it. However, the price is cost-effective, which is considered very good. People who don't have high requirements for sleep quality and don't have a budget can refer to it. Choose carefully if you don’t like the smell of smoke! There is an onion cafe nearby which is great!

I stayed here for three days, but I was concerned about the following points. - The area around the water was dirty. There was a lot of mold, which is typical of old hotels. The sewage environment was also not good, so the tap water was cloudy. I didn't feel like taking a bath. - An employee taking a nap at the front desk early in the morning. Perhaps they are operating with a small number of staff, but when I tried to check out to catch an early morning flight home, an employee was taking a nap at the front desk. However, the automatic doors were not locked, so if you are concerned about security, please be careful.
