Mirador Rio Copacabana Hotel Reviews

Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful! Location is great and close to everything you need. Room could have been cleaner. (Found hairs in the shower). Hotel is old but still comfortable, we had a great view of Christ the Redeemer from our room. Walls are thin but we were lucky with the neighbours and had no issues. Breakfast is good, would prefer some more variety as most of it is the same daily. There is a 10 percent service fee when checking-in that is not stated on trip.com but is on other booking websites, trip.com refunded this fee.

The hotel is in a good location, breakfast is good. What was unpleasant about the stay was the issue of the air conditioning not working.

Nice hotel close to the beach.

The receptionists are grumpy. The air conditioning doesn't work (I requested a room change and the answer was that all rooms have the same problem, due to the type of air system). The breakfast is very weak, with low quality products, in addition to the coffee itself, which has a horrible taste. The TV has a bad image. The bedroom and bathroom are spacious and the mattress is good. For the price charged, it wasn't worth it.

Good location. Easy access to the beach, transport and bars and restaurants. Spacious room but rhinitis complained a little.

There was no space for my car, I had to leave it on the street. The staff are attentive. The room was ok but the air conditioning was not very cold. Positive point: smart TV. The bathroom is old but clean. Breakfast had no cake or sweet bread.

I just didn't understand why an extra fee was charged, when the reservation I made through the App didn't say anything about it.

My girlfriend and I were very well received by all the hotel's employees, I was surprised at the reception with a room upgrade that raised the level of the trip, a very clean and smelling room, thank you very much to everyone at the Mirador Rio Hotel for the hospitality and mastery in the service!

Excellent location a stone's throw from the seafront and close to many shops and clubs. I never felt that the area was unsafe, but I never returned after midnight. Rooms a little dated, but still comfortable and equipped with a safe which I consider essential. The breakfast was more than satisfactory

Very beautiful, clean, and pleasant, but the air conditioning doesn't work properly

I made the reservation because it mentioned two QUEN size beds, duly clear in my booking voucher.. When I got there, they informed me that there was only one double room.. I showed the voucher and they made a break with an additional tiny bed. disappointing.

Hotel very well located, I really liked the view it has from all sides. I would go back to him again when I go to Rio.
