G3 Hotel Chungmuro Reviews

I recently stayed at Hotel G3 Chungmuro, and I couldn't be happier with the location! Situated right near the heart of Seoul, it's a short walk to the Chungmuro Station, making it incredibly easy to access the entire city. This central location was ideal for exploring popular spots like Myeongdong, Dongdaemun, and Insadong.

Good location with train exit & airport bus stop. Many eateries & cafe nearby. Room is clean & big. During our stay, the room lock is faulty & unable to lock from inside. Pillows are too soft for me even after request to change.

G3 hotel is my one of favorites in Seoul. The location is great. Metro line no. 3 & 4 Chungmuro station is just a few seconds away. The hygiene is perfect. And the service is outstanding. I arrived at the hotel 2.5 hrs earlier than the check in time but they allowed us to check in early. And free 30 mins late check out. Thanks for the best service.

Nice place to stay and very convenient, the hotel is very clean and have a GS25 store downstairs.

Staff are helpful. Hotel near train metro and convenience to any location. Very clean and nice ambiance. I would recommend to my friends or families about G3 hotel. Excellent and some more nearby can see cherry blossoms.

Located just outside Chungmuro station (exit 6) and a very short walk away from airport limousine drop off/pick up point, I really liked the convenience. Clean hotel rooms and staff was really helpful when I needed help with using the laundry facilities. Staff also helped us with booking a taxi to Gimpo airport. There’s also a convenience store just outside the hotel.

This hotel is amazing!! First of all the location is great. Super central and close to 2 stations. Easy to find once you get off the metro as it’s on a big road. If you take the airport limousine and get dropped off at the chungmuro stop, it’s literally a 3 minute walk away. Second of all staff is sweet and friendly. They patiently but efficiently checked us in and explained anything we need to know. Third of all, the room is so clean and tidy. It’s smaller but has everything you need. The bed is soft and comfy. The bathroom is small too but clean. You get a bit of view of the streets downstairs. Lighting in the room is nice and ambient, but can be brighter if you wish. Fourth of all, the amenities are good. There’s a gym in the basement as well as laundry room at extra charge. The laundry room is easy to use and I really appreciated it. All in all, loved my experience there. 乾淨、舒服、服務友善、麻雀雖小五臟俱全

13 of September booked room for a wrong month. Have noticed that mistake in 24 hours Asked hotel just to change my dates and was ready to pay + 250$ ( in October rooms cost more). Hotel had free room but decided don't modify my booking. I know it's a policy of the hotel, but they could be more loyal. So I have decided don't be loyal in my review also.

Great place to stay at! Convenient and clean - there’s airport limousine bus stop nearby serving different buses and a convenient store just beside.

Overall the hotel is fine. The staff isn't reasonably welcoming might be due to the people staying in the hotel. Smell cigarettes smell in room at around 12midnight. Requested to change room, staff assisted on it swiftly the next day. Mainly China, *********, japanese guests see in and out of the hotel. The location is really good as its right next to their subway. Value for money jotel

Everything was quite satisfactory EXCEPT THE FRONTDESK STAFF!!! The elderly man and the female staff member at the front desk were rude and lacked patience. Their disrespectful attitude towards me as an Asian solo traveler was evident when I asked just simple questions. They not only refused to listen but also responded dismissively with a constant "no, no, we don't have" regardless of hearing my inquiries fully. It's baffling how individuals with such attitudes were hired for hospitality roles. They should be fired! Apart from that, the hotel facilities were good, and the rooms service were well-maintained. The overall stay would have been enjoyable if not for the unprofessional behavior of the front desk staff.

Great location! just right outside subway exit 6 and there's a convenient store located downstairs. A small down side is that the toilet has a weak unpleasant smell, but overall cleanliness is good!

Good for family stay. Not too small, still acceptable. Downside maybe not near Myeongdong street.

The hotel is located right in front of one of the train station exits, which was super convenient. The neighbourhood is quiet, away from Myeongdong station's bustle (about a 10min walk away) so it's good if you'd like a peaceful area. There's a 24/7 GS25 convenience store right next to the hotel entrance which made getting snacks late at night easier. We didn't use much of the hotel facilities but the room was generally clean and nice. 1 star for service, because when we came back to our hotel room at the end of the day, we found out that our room door wasn't closed properly which is a serious security issue.
