I had an executive room on the 5th floor, a very nice quiet room, well lit but not much natural light, Japanese style bedroom.Close to the lake and surrounded by restaurants and massage salons. Good hot water, suitable for 1 or 2 people

Near Hoan Kiem Lake, the late night snacks downstairs were very noisy, there was no WIFI, and the front desk couldn't handle it. There was no Internet all night, so helpless...

The order has been confirmed
When I wanted to check in that day, I was told that there were no rooms available and that the air conditioner in the room originally reserved for us was broken. .
Really bad experience

I made a reservation to go through a cheap layover... The accommodation I booked was full, so I went to another hotel. But the top room without a window... It's only two people, but what if it's wide... It was just a little frustrating, but since I stayed for a day, I didn't talk much. Still, it was a bit uncomfortable and it was not well ventilated.
There are so many places to eat nearby.

The location is good, there are many choices of restaurants and coffee shops nearby, it is easy to go shopping, and I lived on the seventh floor on the top floor when I checked in, so it was very quiet, the equipment was new, the air conditioner was very cold, a good night's sleep, the attitude of the counter staff was very good, the woman on duty in the afternoon The waiter handled the problems I encountered very responsibly. I will stay again when I come to Hanoi next time. I recommend it to travelers who want to stay near Hoan Kiem Lake.

BEWARE do not book this hotel. 1 there are many other hotels nearby with better quality, better rooms and better service for 1/2 the price. no hand towels, no amenities in bathroom. 2 scams. the pics of rooms are not accurate to reality. when we arrived our “quad room” was simply a normal room with 4 single beds crammed together even though the reservation had 3 adults and 1 15yr old child. the pics depicted 2 separate rooms each with 2 queen or 2 double beds spread out. we had to purchase a second room because they couldn’t accommodate our original reservation 3 noise and room quality is terrible. we stayed on the 3rd and 5th floor and chickens, animals noises could be heard from outside. windows did NOT have blinds or curtains so light would awake us very early in the morning. beds were extremely firm like sleeping on bamboo and not a cushioned mattress 4 THERE IS NO POOL. ******* listed a pool for this hotel which was a primary reason we booked this particular stay. 5 receptionist lie and cheat, will quote currency exchange rates then provide a lower rate when actually exchanging money. so we got less money back then we agreed. 6 no roof top cafe as listed in ad, no restaurant, no cafe or coffee or food anywhere to purchase in the hotel. there are nearby restaurants. in short if you want a 1 star motel stay or hostel stay at very expensive prices. i would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone! BEWARE do not stay here!

If you want to have a proper hot water shower, don’t forget to turn on the water heater. There is drinking water and a microwave next to the reception. (public space) but 2 bottles of water are provided in each room. Basically there are only 2 rooms on each floor. Front side and back side of the building. Therefore, there is less noise from other guests staying in the next room, which is excellent as you don't need to hear the door banging sound. I stayed in a room at the backside for a night, so the room had no view as I could guess although there was a window. Also I stayed in a room at the front side for 2 nights, which had a city view from the window. Pros and Cons: Room at the backside doesn't have a view but it is bigger and every piece of equipment worked properly. There is a desk and 2 bedside tables but no view at all. It is very typical room in Hanoi. The Room at the frontside has a city view but much smaller,(narrower to be exact) than the one on the 2 nd floor. Luckily I had a room on the top floor but the showerhead was broken. There is no bedside lamp although there are 2 bedside tables. I had to stand up when I wanted to turn off the light as the switch is located near the door. Also I saw many ants, whereas I didn't in another room ( it was a room at the backside on the 2nd floor). There is no desk in the room on the 7th floor. The Top floor is the 7th floor. The lift goes to only the 6th floor, you have to step up the stairs to get to the 7th floor. (there are 2 rooms on the 7th floor. The other room on the 7th floor is very far. You won't hear anything from other guests. The Toilet flush is very weak in the room on the 7th floor. The water was dripping from the AC and it went directly into my charging adaptor. Unfortunately the location of the socket was exactly en route of the dripping water and my adapter was receiving the water. As a result of it, my recharger was broken. (before that, a fuse was blown in the room. I had no idea why there was totally no power in the room when I was back from lunch...) Other than the above, other equipment is the same between the 2 rooms. Mini fridge, safe, electric kettle, huge TV, AC, bathrobe,,, etc but no tissue paper is provided. If I come back to this hotel, I definitely don't want to stay in the room on the top floor. Very modern small hotel but you have to pay at the reception. I prefer CC payment through AGODA in advance so I don’t need to carry much cash. The location is excellent. There is a Circle K in front of the hotel. If I am not wrong, there is only one TV channel. You can ask airport transfer for US$15 (from airport) , 280,000 (to airport) The best room looks like #601, I never want to stay in 701.
