Not do good breakfast.. Room are clean but no windows view

The hotel is situated in the Myeongdong shopping district but it is not right in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. It sits just outside of the main shopping/night market area so it is not noisy at all. There is a 7-Eleven at the hotel basement so you can get all your toiletries and snacks there. The hotel does not provide dental kits so be sure to bring your own or buy from the convenience store downstairs. Hotel staff can speak English and one lady in particular speaks Mandarin and English. She was very helpful and friendly. Another staff helped to arrange our two rooms on the same floor when he realised that one of the rooms wasn’t ready and was on another floor. We had a triple room which is quite spacious considering most rooms in Myeongdong hotels are rather small and you can barely open up your luggage. Our room has space for our 3 pieces of luggage in front of the beds. The room is big enough to accommodate two lounge chairs and a coffee table. The bathroom has a bathtub and the toilet has a bidet so it makes up for the dated look of the whole room. We had some of our meals in the restaurants just across the road from the hotel and they serve nice Korean cuisine. The Euljiro 1-ga station is just a few minutes’ walk away. We really like the location of the hotel even though the room is a bit dated, especially the bathroom.

It was good stay. Great location. Only the room was very small and the beds very tiny and not comfy.

Convinient location, 10 minute walk from 2 subway stations, 7-eleven right downstairs, currency exchange right in front with probably the best rate we saw in Seoul. Basically all necessities in reach. Comfy room, 3 different outlets in a spacious room, good choice of breakfast. Skypark II is right next to this one, but the room seemed to be larger at Central, and those at II with breakfast options would have to walk over here. One downside though - the room was cold. A/C was controlled to cool throughout the building. Individual control was available in the room, but only to cool. The staff provided us with extra blankets. I was OK, but my family was complaining how cold it was to get to sleep.

Xenophobic hotel Deputy Duty Manager : Jude Donghyeon *****. Ruined holiday experience. Take note!!! Room might have window. ****BUT the window is facing the wall of another wall (<1m away) without view at all**** I approached Mr. ***** to request a replacement room as the one I had booked, labeled as a 'Cityview' room, lacked any windows. Despite my explanation, Mr. ***** adamantly insisted that I had checked in late, using this as justification for the unavailability of other rooms. Furthermore, instead of addressing my concerns professionally, Mr. ***** proceeded to engage in a distressing confrontation that lasted for approximately 40 minutes. During this altercation, Mr. ***** made several troubling remarks and actions, which I feel compelled to highlight: Mr. ***** accused me of being a "scammer" to the hotel, and even went as far as to show me the 'official booking' on Agoda, claiming it did not guarantee a 'Cityview' room. He proceeded to disparage the booking agency, Trip.com, labeling them as "scammers." Shockingly, Mr. ***** made derogatory remarks about my country, X, stating that "You from X are so disappointing to be a scammer." Such xenophobic comments have no place in the hospitality industry, especially coming from a hotel staff member. Feeling threatened and unjustly accused, I requested assistance from Mr. ***** to involve the authorities by calling the police. However, he callously refused to provide any assistance, exacerbating the distressing situation. The following morning, when I approached the front desk to check out, Mr. ***** was once again present. Despite my attempt to greet him politely with a "Good morning," he responded with a disdainful snort, further displaying his unprofessional conduct. It is deeply concerning that an individual with such apparent xenophobic tendencies and a lack of temperament for managing guest relations holds a position of authority within your establishment. Mr. Jeong's behavior not only tarnishes the reputation of Skypark Central but also undermines the trust and comfort of guests, particularly those from diverse backgrounds.

Good location. It's nearer to euljiro il ga on green line 2 than myeongdong on line 4. Room is big but aircon is always very finicky and switches itself off and on all the time. Overall a good stay, 7-eleven is downstairs but recommend go to another branch nearby as the prices are inflated.

Great and convenient location however the hotel doesn’t provide toothbrushes and want people to purchase them on their vending machine in the lobby. 🤦🏻♀️

I have decided to stay here again because of the hotel location near subway and airport bus . there are clean rooms . But this time, The one was made me not impressed is the air conditioner doesn’t OK! I had read the reviews from travelers which it to be true !The air conditioner in the room is not cool at all. We've tried turning down the temperature, but it's still so hot, we can't breathe, we can't sleep. We have to sleep with the window open every night to let the cold wind outside blow the air in instead. The mattress is too hard and not firm.

i was very upset when I realized I had misplaced my ring in the room. About six hours after checking out, I noticed the ring was missing. I called the hotel and asked to speak with housekeeping, but they were off for the day. I was advised to call back the next day. Unfortunately, when I did, the front desk informed me that nothing had been found. It was my wedding band, which holds a lot of sentimental value.

Overall service and location are very good. But the heating is too hot on March. We cannot close the heating and cause the room temperature are high and feel hot. Hope it can improve the facility in future.

Right where all the action of Myeong-dong street market is! Staff were helpful. Able to store luggage at the lobby before check-in and after check out. Toilets are equipped with smart bidet (yay! with seat warmer!!!! so nice in cold weather). Room is clean, though looked a lil rundown, but still acceptable, given that we were mostly out. Halal food available at the street market too (The halal lamb skewer was the best I've had)! The strawberries, grapes that tasted like sweet jellly, (its a no wonder SG markets sells them soo expensive!) On weekdays, street market starts at 5pm, on weekend, it starts by afternoon. Apart from street markets, Lotte store is within walking distance for those who wishes to spend on the higher end products. Not to forget, Olive Young is all the rage there, especially during their sale for that Korean glass skincare! Managed to snag some Kpop items for kids back home. The light sticks were way cheaper than in Singapore, and there were so many merch and photocards available. Even the lomo cards are nice! The airport transfer bus is within walking distance from the hotel. The bus will stop at a few hotels within the area to pick up passengers heading along the way or towards airport. We took the airport transfer bus on a weekend to Incheon Airport Terminal 1. It cost 17000 won/per pax. Journey took nearly 2hrs, considering the weekend traffic at noon. Can't wait to visit again!
