1) Quick a bit of walking to the nearest subway station, Munjeong. About 15 min walk. It is far away from tourist areas. Travel by subway will need 1 hour with transfers.
2) Central aircond is shut, we could not control the temperature. According to the front desk, it is cold season (October onwards). Hence, room can get stuffy. We have to open the toilet window for cool air to come in.
3) Breakfast is same for 5 days except the soup change a little.
4) Room size is acceptable. Able to open 3 big luggage bags.
5) There is very nice pool to enjoy.

The room condition was better than last year!
I tend to use it every year because it is close to SRT Suseo Station and has easy access to Gangnam and Songpa. There is ample parking and the room interior is modern and clean. There are many good restaurants nearby and you can also order delivery. I plan to visit again!

We had a 3 night stay in the Magnifique Family Room. Spacious room for a family of 3, excellent hardware and service. We had an enjoyable and pleasant stay here.Only thing to complain is about the change of lifts at hotel lobby level.
We will definitely come back to this hotel if we would like to stay at Gangnam side of Seoul next time.

The room was very clean and comfortable, with beautiful scenery outside the window. Breakfast is American style, including coffee, salad, omelette, ham, milk, yogurt, cereal, and some side dishes, bread, cake, jam, butter and the like. There seems to be less ham, and no cheese or salami. I prefer salad coffee and fried eggs, they are simple and delicious. As for the location, it's a 10-15 minute walk from Seoul Baekje Station of Subway Line 9. It's still a bit tiring to drag the suitcase, especially in the summer when it's quite sunny. By the way, disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste and slippers are not provided in the room or hotel. You need to prepare them yourself, or you can buy them at the underground convenience store. The slippers are not public ones, so I didn't wear them. The socket near the window has a domestic three-hole socket, please give it a thumbs up. If you have many devices, it is safer to bring an adapter plug.

The location was convenient - under 10min walk to Lotte World Adventure/Mall/Tower and many restaurants and convenience store.
The superior double room was on the smaller size for two people. No amenities were provided (except for shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels - remember to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, and etc. Bath robes seemed well used.
Breakfast was 12,000 won (discounted price if you paid a day in advance). Food was decent for the price.
Overall, service was good. The hotel offered a 20% coupon to the coffee shop next door (Oodo 55 coffee) and luggage storage service prior to check in and after check out.

The location is very close to the subway entrance. After exiting No. 3 of Qianhu Station, you can walk straight for five or six minutes. The surrounding area is also very prosperous. The boss can communicate in basic English and there is no problem. The room is bigger than expected and the bathroom is also very large. The water pressure is sufficient and the hot water is sufficient. The only regret is that the surrounding rooms are not soundproof and you can speak clearly

Location is good as it is very near Samseong Station, Exit 7. Also within 6-8mins walking distance to COEX Mall.
Amenities - I have one star only because when we requested for extra pillows, they informed us that there isn’t any extra pillows available. This is the first time I have heard that extra pillows were not available. Pillows were also very soft and I had to fold in half in order to have some support.
Cleanliness - 3 stars as the floor near the side table was rather dusty. As the floor is not carpeted, we could see the dust near the side tables.

1. Location is good. However, it is a bit far from the subway, so it is not recommended on rainy days.
2. Service is good. The staff are friendly.
3. The room is spacious, but the facilities are problematic.
ㆍOne side of the bed frame was cracked and making noise. If the staff sees it, please check frame number 407.
ㆍYou need to clean the air conditioner more. There appears to be black mold or dust near the entrance.
ㆍThe tissue boxes, ports, etc. are so old that it ruins the image of a good hotel.
ㆍThe bathroom is too dark. Because of the location, it is very difficult to apply makeup.
ㆍThe water sent to the rim of the bathtub completely wets the floor. Although it was a structural problem, it was inconvenient in many ways.
ㆍThe bathroom is the biggest problem. There is a large gap at the bottom of the door and where the central axis is, allowing sounds and smells to spread into the room. This is an issue that the hotel must be aware of.
ㆍThe noise is a bit loud. In addition to hearing noises from the hallway, it may be difficult for sensitive people to hear cell phones vibrating or conversations in the next room.
Overall, I think it would be a much better hotel if the hotel took more care and repaired it.

The hotel is very well located in Dongdaemun with the building connected to Hyundai outlet malls and doota. Everything is within walking distance for night shopping and also DDP which is the new culture park. Right out of the doorstep there is a food street and many restaurants.
Room is clean with a functioning AC. The size of the room is relatively good for this class of hotel, providing ample space for 2 large suitcases. There is everything you need in the room. The TV channels are international as well covering all languages. I would bring own slippers as they only provide reusable rubber ones and you would need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste as they do not provide it. There is a 24hr CU mart inside the hotel which is like a local 7-11. There is also a GoKart experience in the hotel on the 14/f which is kinda fun for a group of friends.
Transportation routes are easy and all the taxi drivers seem to know of this hotel. I would recommend staying here for those that are roaming the Dongdaemun and it’s surrounding areas.

The hotel is conveniently located very near the subway station. Receptionist can speak English very well and was very accomodating. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. If you need anything, you can just tell them and they will provide it for you in less than 2 minutes. The room was very clean. There are, by the way, reataurants around the hotel are open until midnight. Will definitely book again next time^^
