I like this hotel so much. The room is newly refurbished and big also clean. Everything is new in the room. Staff is friendly and helpful. The food is delicious. I have nothing to complaint.

we were there before they recently renovated and i must say the room now and the whole atmosphere was such a breath of fresh air. loved the new look and layout. would appreciate if dishwashing liquid and a sponge at least can be provided for the suite rooms. we were perhaps unlucky to have experienced a foul smell coming from the living room toilet but it was rectified after so all is good. would definitely recommend this place with especially easy access to the nearby IOI mall.

Room was refurbished and clean. Restaurant had good breakfast. Service was excellent and enjoyed the kopi dua (tea) experience. Overall, enjoyed my stay there.

The hotel is really good and the staffs are really nice. The receptionist took some time to accompany us till the elevator while explaining some features of the hotel. Room was quite small but a great 5-star hotel experience.

everything is superb but there is unpleasent smell from the pillow and bed. it looks clean and new but im not sure why there is smell.

Very clean room & spacious room for 2 pax. The hotel staffs are very responsive whenever I asked for amenities & help. Location is good & within walking distance to the big mall nearby it. Highly recomended for families or solo traveller!

Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Facilities, swimming pool were renovated and good looking rooms. There was a manager that helped to serve us during the set dinners, he was very helpful and polite.
