Bad customer service.
Bad house keeping.
Bad cleanliness .. room carpet very dirty & sticky not even dare to step on it without shoe..also no provide room slipper.
Car park not bright at all (outdoor) .. didn’t saw any security on duty(entrance & exit not security also).
Never ever tries any 4 star rating hotel like this.
