The check-in process took quite a long time because the hotel seemed to be understaffed. The environment is beautiful and really gives you the feeling of being on a holiday. The facilities are also well equipped. However, the price is considered quite high. It is not in the city centre and take about 10 to 15 minutes to the city centre. the room rate is still expensive, especially since they only provide a queen-size bed and breakfast is not included."

"We had a nice staycation there. Not too far from KL. The host and staffs are nice. However, only thing that make me felt uncomfortable is the bed, too hard. We had back and neck hurt next day. And the bed sheet, pillow, feel like there is a “powder” on it or dust (the place still under construction)…idk. Besides that, everything are great! Breakfast is nice with so many choices!"

The service attitude was really bad, and the sofa was also stained and dirty."

"This hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of value for money. We originally booked it just for convenience to catch a flight, but it turned out to be a really satisfying last stop for our trip. The room was spacious and clean, with a great view outside the window, and the staff provided excellent service. Although the surrounding area was a bit deserted, ordering food via Grab was very convenient. The free outdoor pool at sunset is definitely worth a try. The next morning, the pre-arranged airport transfer service got us to the airport on time. It perfectly met all our needs, highly recommended!"

"Terrible experience. Air Cond was down, needed to travel to another condo for keys collection. Bathroom got no water, not enough of pillows and blankets were provided. No fan remote controls were given. The floor was sticky, sliding door glasses were full of stains and marks. The customer service is very unhelpful and unreachable. Even the floor mats were wet and stained. It's a horrible experience! The mattresses and beds were dirty. The shampoos provided were diluted and looked polluted. It's a horrible experience and ruined the whole trip! Don't ever think to complain coz they'll let you deal with the AI mode instead of handling your case effectively. No action was taken at all. What they did was only dragging and avoiding you... please stop renting the house if you don't even care about your customers basic needs!!! You will definitely regret if you rent such a horrifying property!!! Please refund!"
