Sehr gepflegtes Haus mit Top Wellness Anlagen und der Garantie für kulinarische Highlights. Die Lage ist ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen oder Spaziergänge im Dorf. Die Zimmer auf der Talseite sind absolut ruhig. Das Haus ist familiengeführt, was spürbar ist.

Einfach perfekt. Die Freundlichkeit die Sauberkeit das Wellness. Von a gleich Anreise bis z Zufriedenheit. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel für alle möglichen Gäste. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wohl und wie zu Hause. Die Zimmer sind gross, sauber und die Betten sehr bequem

Excellent in every way. Service, food, rooms, spa, children's activities and options. Very convenient for skiing as close to the u bahn. Staff are very attentive and hospitable. Special shout out to Tomas Szalbo, Peter Szalbo, Stefan who took care of us this time - could not ask for more!

My family is staying here on 11 -18 Feb 2024 for our Ski holiday. First of all, the hotel and room looks nice. We like the room so much. Back to reality: To go skiing, we have to take the subway and carry ski by ourselves. I asked myself a question…is it a five star service? To be honest, we have been staying in many five star hotels. It is the first hotel that provides no services on this regard. The other 5 star will bring you to the slope or at least to the Tal station. Also, the ski locker cannot be locked. Hmm, don’t ask me why. You should not have any extra request from this hotel. They are not flexible to fulfill your request. Otherwise they will scare you. For example, my kids would like to see more options of DVD to select, the receptionist said to me: “We are not a DVD shop.” I got shocked when I heard this. Sorry to interrupt you with our problem! To conclude, so far I think it is a 5 star for the price, but the service mindset of some staff needs to be improved a lot. I don’t agree that it is 5 star or even 5 star plus. In light of the above experience, I don’t think I can recommend this hotel.

Wir hatten erst überlegt, ob wir wieder in ein Familienhotel gehen. Jedoch haben wir uns für das Schalber entschieden und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Das Hotel bietet wirklich viel für Kinder. Klettermöglichkeiten, Juniorraum, eine ausgezeichnete Kinderbetreuung. Weiterhin ein richtig schönen und großen Wellnessbereich. Das Abendessen ist aber ein Highlight. Es gab jeden Abend ein 5 Gang Menü, welches wir genossen haben. Die Betreuung im Kinderbereich war ausgezeichnet. So viel Liebe und Engagement hat man selten. Ein Familiengeführtes Hotel mit viel Herz und Professionalität. Die Lage ist natürlich auch perfekt. Direkt mit der U-Bahn zur Seilbahn.

They are personally always for you during your stay!Doing the best and beyond. Cleaning is exeptional. Very quiet and tranquil ambient. The place to enjoy and relaxe. Food is sooo good. Spa grandiose, avec de nombreux bassins extérieurs et intérieurs et des saunas ouverts vers le paysage Service haut de gamme Cuisine variée et originale Le décor est un peu hétéroclite et suit l’évolution de l’hôtel . L’emplacement dans la station permet un accès facile au domaine de ski .

Vorweg wir hatten hier eine wirkliche schöne Schiwoche. Das Personal war immer sehr sehr freundlich und bemüht. Es sind jedoch einzelne Kleinigkeiten, die uns in einem 5 Sterne Hotel gestört haben. Für eine Karaffe Leitungswasser beim Abendessen wir 1.90€ verrechnet, obwohl die Rechnung beim Abendessen über 60€ Euro beträgt. Das Buffet am Nachmittag ist etwas lieblos, es gibt fast jeden Tag dasselbe und auch nicht besonders große Auswahl! Das haben wir schon anders erlebt. Der Wellnessbereich ist etwas verwinkelt und zerstreut dafür gibt es jedoch eine sehr große Auswahl and verschiedenen Saunen und Dampfbädern. Das Whirlpool könnte jedoch besser abgetrennt sein, da man hier doch in der Auslage sitzt. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und waren immer sauber. Einziger Kritikpunkt hier, alle Handtücher müssen nicht jeden Tag ausgewechselt werden. Begeistert waren wir außerdem vom Schischuhraum der wirklich groß war, in dem jedes Zimmer seinen eigenen Spind hatte und so nicht das Chaos entsteht, das man sonst oft gewöhnt ist! Alles in allem eine schöne Woche mit ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die es zu verbessern gibt!
