I went from Izmir to Istanbul for my 4-day lifeguard training and accepted because it was the closest to the hotels where the training would take place and the price was reasonable. I arrived at the hotel around 00:30 at night. I paid 1250₺ in cash as a total 5 days fee. Room card was given after my reservation was verified from my ID. But there is not the slightest document showing that I made a payment. Anyway, I slept, woke up and went to the 0 floor for breakfast. Everyone was unmasked, whether they were standing or in the kitchen, which was connected to the breakfast area, such as the dish room. When I went to training and came back in the evening, my room was cleaned. The next day, I started the day to repeat the same routine, but just because I was curious, I used the do not disturb condition before leaving. There was no light coming out of the transparent place left for the light on it. The glass cups at breakfast were dirty so I used cardboard. I went to the training, came in the evening after the exam and saw that the room was cleaned again. So there is no way not to enter your room :D. I thought I'd watch a movie on the laptop and hang out. I entered the wifi password on the room card and connected and tried to access the internet, but the scenario you can imagine happened. In the speed test, there was an internet service between 0 and 1 megabit. It broke often. It wasn't like it was bearable. I had to connect my own phone to keep from freaking out, but my line was T.T. and I started getting very variable signal quality. I slept, woke up, passed the post-training practice test the next day and came to my room. But my card did not open the door. I was so surprised. After trying a few more times, I decided that the time defined on the card was probably invalid and went to the reception. I stated the situation and forwarded the card. They immediately extended the defined duration of the card. But living like this is useless. The dates of the room that I have booked and paid for and have already started to stay are certain. Why would you enter it wrong? Few people are left. Then I went to my room, ate dinner, and after I ate, I slept. There is no food and beverage service in the hotel other than breakfast. Good luck if you get thirsty at night. Today is the evening of the last day and I am writing this article with the sounds of laughter coming from the adjacent rooms due to the thin walls. Rooms are not bad individually. Although the bathroom is beautiful in design, putting a push-up soap dispenser in the shower instead of soap in boxes seriously lowers your mood. There is a qulaq written on the ear stick box and a picture of a soccer ball. Go with no expectations. You won't be upset. By the way, when you talk to the gentleman at the reception, say one by one. I don't think he is Turkish. For the best exchange of information, be considerate because this place is not 5 stars.
