The hotel service is very good. The front desk staff are very enthusiastic and provided us with a lot of help. The breakfast and dinner in the restaurant are very delicious, and the surrounding environment is very good. Opening the balcony is the sea and it is very convenient to go to the nearby beach.

WOW! We truly LOVED our stay! The location is perfect: quiet area but with short walkingdistance to Magaluf and Palma Nova. Swimmingpool area had absolutely magnificent views, so was the view from our room in 10th floor. Breakfast was also very tasteful. Live music was 10/10. We were supposed to have a welcome gift but never received it, but hopefully we will receive it next year? 🌞

Had a great time here. Hotel was very quiet and far enough away from the loud party street, but a close (but steep) walk to both Playa Palma Nova and Playa Magaluf beaches and restaurants. €26 taxi to get to central Palma from hotel. We took the €10 shuttle to and from the airport which was convenient. Breakfast buffet was amazing, lots of variety. Our Superior room was very clean and had a great view! The live music by the pool some nights was great, and we really enjoyed taking the paddle boards out! Would definitely come again.

J'ai passé un séjour extraordinaire du 12 au 15 Mai en #311 . Mon séjour à été supérieure à mes attentes. La gentillesse de tout le personnel réuni , le staff de la piscine . Mais là chose qui m'a le plus impressionné est que j'ai informé la réception que je devais quitter l'hôtel à 5h du matin le lendemain pour l'aéroport, ils m'ont répondu ne vous inquiétez pas on vous sert le petit déjeuner à 4h30, wow !!!! Ils ont ouvert spécialement la dalle de petit déjeuner pour moi , un grand merci aux deux dames de la cuisine pour votre flexibilité et gentillesse. Merci également à Daniela de la réception de nuit qui a été adorable et souriante avec moi à 4h30 du matin . A très bientôt, j'ai hâte de revenir vous voir

Hotel has had a revamp since last time I visited, very modern and clean, reception staff very helpful, room was clean and maid service every day, great location to get to beaches and bars, drinks on pool bar were an average price but good measures, sadly the food was bland and not warm, sending back a bowl of pasta for it to come back 5 mins later just as cold…. The breakfast gave many options but sadly yet again, the bacon, sausages etc were also cold…one day there was a band playing by pool which was very loud, not sure if it goes on all the time but the hotel is full of people dancing… by the pool , in the pool, and a constant what looks like a dancing class going on all day everyday in the block next door , which was annoying listening to all the clapping !! All in all nice place … if u want to dance

Aunque solo estuvimos un fin de semana...nos encantó la ubicación..limpieza..decoración ..vistas..muy relajante. Personal de recepción muy atento y amable. Las camas son cómodas y habitación muy limpia. 100% recomendado y seguramente volveremos. Muchas gracias.
