"Wow, where to begin. My husband and I brought our 3 year old to Mallorca after moving half way across the world. It was our first break from craziness in a year, and we were lured by the direct flight from our city to visit Mallorca for a week after Christmas.  I found the Elba Sunset after doing a bit of research on where to stay on the island. First, and most importantly, I want to say an immeasurable thank you to the entire staff of the Elba. When I say, I could not have imagined how relaxing, joyful, kind, thoughtful, and generous the staff of this establishment could be, I mean it. They are all truly, truly amazing. (Apologies in advance if names are spelled incorrectly!).I specifically want to thank Marta, Elise, Adrian, Christiane, Henry, Paula, Pedro, the whole cleaning staff, and truly every person I encountered there, for making this vacation, one we really desperately needed, so wonderful. Our son Hugo was embraced and coddled by everyone he met, and was completely accepted and showered with love wherever we went in the hotel. Speaking of the hotel. We were there in the off season, and I cannot recommend it enough. The stunning location, the sun, the bright spacious room with a beautiful sea view, the pool (albeit freezing...not that my husband and son cared!), the spa, and the restaurant overlooking the water. 100 out of 10 for the people who make the Elba Sunset the magical place that it is. Much love xx"

"A great base to enjoy Palma Nova and magaluf we choose these apartments for their value for money and great location. The room was well equipped and sized, comfortable and overlooking the main road. We did have a blocked toilet which was swiftly rectified, so didn’t spoil our stay. I hadn’t realised when I booked the hotel that the pool doesn’t open until mid May however that didn’t spoil anything we simply opted for days on the beach- €19:50 for 2 beds and a parasol. My only small criticism was contact via the emergency number. We had issues with the safe and it locked with all our valuables inside. We called the number yet we still await a call back! Thankfully after 48 hours we managed to get it to open (and didn’t use the safe after that!) but it was frustrating as my jewellery and some money was in there, never mind our passports. Not that I would mind being stuck in Mallorca for a bit longer!! Will definitely here again."

"I can't state enough how much i have enjoyed staying here. The hotel is absolutely stunning. As soon as you walk in the reception is clean ans has such a good vibe. The reception staff are fantastic and can not do enough for you. We payed extra for the sea view room and it was gorgeous, the rooms are so clean and well maintained. The cleaners work so hard. The food for breakfast was on point , a lovely choice and always fresh. The bar staff WOW they wait on you hand and foot and never let you sit with an empty glass for long. Can i just give a big shout out to Rafa who is the most funniest man i have met. Hes amazing and so friendly, hes got such a great energy about him and hes a credit to this hotel :) We will 100% be returning thank you so much for a great stay"

"Enjoyed our 5 night stay in September in one of the Chillout rooms with our 6 month old. Rooms and facilities were all well maintained and spotlessly clean. The size of the hotel seemed just right so nothing was ever too busy - sunbeds always available as were tables in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. The best thing about the hotel though is the staff. They were welcoming, genuinely friendly and helpful, especially with our little one."

It only accepts adults, there are no children in the hotel, and it is relatively quiet. There is a resident singer at the outdoor swimming pool downstairs by the sea at night, which is very suitable for adults to relax on vacation. Recommended"

"Me & a friend stayed for 5 nights, between May 31st & June 5th 2026. The location was amazing for us and we attended the Magaluf strip most nights, it was on the quieter side as it was the start of the season. The rooms were relatively clean & satisfactory. The staff were friendly! Not an ideal hotel for children as the pool isn’t suitable for small kids. A great location for accessing either palma nova or Magaluf beach. The guests at the time were mainly older couples, there was one stag group & a hen party here as well as a few other small party groups, the noise from the strip was minimal, and we slept no problem. The food was nice but became slightly repetitive! Was disappointing that we were limited to water & wine at the evening meal and there was no fridge in the rooms. We often missed breakfast due to being out late, would be good if it was on slightly later or if snacks were offered pool side. The cleaning ladies were lovely & regularly dropped off fresh towels etc: Would definitely stay again!"

"We stayed at this hotel before when it was the Cooks club.Happy to say that not much has changed .We had a pool facing room ,we had no issues with noise .People need to realise that this hotel is close to the strip .Rooms are clean and beds were made every day.We only had breakfast and the food choice is fabulous. Would be very surprised if someone could not find something to eat .We also ate one evening at the hotel the only gripe I have is I am gluten free and I didn't find much on the menu that I could eat .Pool areas are great ,music is played from about 10.30 but not overly loud .The staff are a credit to this hotel from housekeeping to bar staff and reception .Always have time to speak to you .Hotel is on a steep hill just to bare in mind . Plenty of bars and restaurants close by will mention The Prince William pub just up the road lovely family friendly pub . We will definitely be back next year.Keep up the good work"
