Try to book again at Hypolink Village but receive no responses through various channels and attempts to request a price and availability. Ultimately sent a friend there and now contact via WhatsApp Previously excellent service at Banna, but she has been replaced by a certain Patricia and she tries to get the most out of it and does not or hardly respond to my questions about the price for 28 nights in February/ Mar '23 She stays at 50£ (Pound) while I tell her that with *********** I can book in euros for 44,-€, her advice in the end: book with *** ******** and then she blocked the reservations at *********** and deleted her comments in WhatsApp. This is how they treat their previous guests these days, luckily I have screenshots of us whatsapp traffic Sorry Hypolink Village, but you are deteriorating rapidly in service and unfortunately also the location itself, only the staff (except Patricia) still does his/her best to give you a nice welcome

No information received and especially no one for the reception on the day of arrival, key given by the very nice guard but no additional information by the manager afterwards. Restaurant closed during the entire stay, Bar open sometimes and especially without a fixed schedule, no water in the pool on arrival on October 27, 2021 and this until November 7, 2021. Badly cleaned apartments, dust everywhere, cobwebs, kitchen never cleaned except washing the floor, Sofa very uncomfortable and full of dust, only positive point is the quality of the mattress. The hotel was not ready to welcome people, construction work everywhere, dirt everywhere and a receptionist not up to welcoming people and above all not informing people of the condition or apologies for all the inconveniences
