Hola he estado una noche por descansar de un viaje y decir no volvería la habitación que me dieron con referencia que quería descanso y la más tranquila nos pusieron al lado del restaurante de desayunos desde las 7,30 de la mañana gritos de gente y ruido de platos y cubiertos y luego fuimos a desayunar y no se podía parar del calor en esa zona y en todo el hotel olor a tuberías que apestaba la verdad decir bueno la cama y aparcamientos y la atención en recepción amables pero información justitade no ser que preguntes vamos yo 3 estrellas y justito el descanso es primordial no volvería 🤦🤷

I got there on Friday afternoon and there was no manager on duty because of Friday and wouldn’t be one till Monday.
The receptionist was a very young girl with no experience and there were more than 15 people in line to get their rooms!!!
She wouldn’t give us what we reserved and wanted to give us a room with 2 separate beds!
After shouting and screaming, we managed to enter what we booked.

Perfect hotel if you are going to visit Warner Bros. It is in an industrial estate in front of a gas station and next door, it has a huge shopping center with cinemas, shops and restaurants. If you hire it through them you have breakfast and parking included. The rooms are already a little obsolete, but it is a good option.

Staff was very polite and helpful- The room was amazing! room had extra private restroom for my Disabled Mother- Easy access to room, very spacious- the Best Breakfast Buffet ever! We both enjoyed our stay here & will definitely be back- thank you to the helpful staff
