Fully grateful experience, very friendly staff care, very large and comfortable room for 6 people as our case was,with everything necessary to feel comfortable and rest after a hard day of visits, perfect breakfast,I don't I would change nothing of our experience,it's more, my husband says that every time we go back to Madrid wants to go back to the same hotel.

The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. I'm so annoyed that I asked for a double bed and we were given two beds, I understand if there is no availability .... But if that put it directly when choosing and buying, I would have taken another hotel the truth, I was very happy to have a nice hotel. You have a very good and cheap restaurant on the downtown street to dine the pirate. The hotel's street is in works and the truth that it's hard to find a parking in the area is all up to the flag.

My elderly father stayed at this hotel While visiting our relatives in pinto Madrid. He unfortunately sustained a fall and broke his pelvis. In those uncertain times the hotel staff at Indiana hotel went beyond the call and assisted my father in finding him a more comfortable room and arranging for extended lodging while he received emergency care at their local hospital. We are forever grateful to the hotel staff for their kindness.

Todo perfecto! Comodidad, limpieza, servicio. El buffet no es muy grande pero suficiente para cualquier gusto. Aunque parezca que está lejos de la estación de tren, hay un bus circular que se coge en la puerta del hotel y te deja en la misma estación.

La limpieza de las habitaciones dejan bastante que desear, habían pelusas y pelos. En cuanto al aseo, lo único de lo que dispones es de unos dispensadores de jabón común, tanto el la ducha como en el lavabo. El marco de la puerta del baño, destrozado. La climatización de la habitación, se ve mermada puesto que la ventana no hace bien el cierre y entra un aire congelado estremecedor (-4 grados durante la noche). En referencia al desayuno, bastante pobre. De fruta solo manzana y mandarina, los café de las maquinas super aguados, las porciones eran de margarina de marca totalmente desconocida (aptas para enfermos diría yo.....0 sabor ), el cacao en polvo mas de lo mismo, cero sabor y marca desconocida. En cuanto a la variedad, lo ya comentado de fruta, pan , chacina, margarinas y mermelada, cereales y se acabó. Si todo esto no es suficiente, el hotel ni siquiera da un servicio de microondas para que puedas calentar algo. No ofrecen cena, y estuve preguntando si podíamos calentar algo allí y nos dijeron que no. No ha sido el caso, pero si llego a ir con un bebé y necesito calentar su comida, el hotel no me da ese servicio tan básico?????? Muy mal todo. No volveremos

The location is particularly good, suitable for self-driving. We arrived there on the first day, and it is especially convenient to find something to eat. There are Ortles, Decathlon, Carrefour, and Starbucks nearby. Most importantly, parking is free. ! ! The room is also very clean.

I stayed in this hotel with my family during a vacation in Spain. It's super close the the Warner Park and the center of Madrid so the trips were short, letting us enjoy a full day in both of these places. The hotel is so cheap for what it is, the staff go above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable and safe. The rooms are super comfy and the bathroom is awesome (fancy products and a bunch of towels). The breakfast is so tasty, specially the juices and the pastries. It saddened me to have to leave so soon, would definitely stay here again.

The rooms are simple and small (as most Ibis). Separated shower and WC. The rooms are quiet and efficient. The staff was great, our sink was not draining so someone came to try to unplug it. It did not work but at least they did pus the effort. The location is nearby the highway, near Getafe Costco.
