On arrival it doesn’t look like much but the reception is beautiful. Great communication before we left to ensure someone was at reception to meet us. Our room was basic, clean enough but there was a mirror missing on the wall and only a couple of hangers. There is an iron, hairdryer etc and despite being small the bathroom was fine. I will say that the room had a horrible smell in it, like drains and this would worsen as the day went on. It wasn’t very pleasant to come into. The bed was comfy and had everything we needed considering we spent most of the day in the city. It's a great location for bars as the Hercules ***** is literally a minutes walk away but it’s a long walk to other sightseeing such as the cathedral so bear this in mind. The water pressure was great and clean towels. Not many plug sockets and the balcony was okay but view wasn’t anything and it wasn’t very clean, we didn’t sit out on it. The pool is the size of a bathtub, again not something we were too bothered about as we were exploring the city but this was a factor in us picking the hotel. Probably wouldn’t stay in this one again, main factor due to location.

We booked two night here at 200 eur/ night via Sercotel’s website. What we got: -no bedsheet cover on the duvet for the sofa bed where our child was to sleep. According to the receptionists “we don’t do that here, we’re not like other hotels”. The same duvet in the bedroom had a bedsheet on. - no housekeeping or even exchange of towels -dirty, greasy walls and furniture that belongs to the trash (see pictures) -brown stains on door in bathroom -dirty cups in the kitchen -A/C not functioning properly and musty, bad smell -Noisy on both nights This was a really unpleasant stay, highly overpriced and just a ripoff. Luckily Seville is amazing.

Property was really nicely designed and in a good location, 30 Min walk to all main attractions and sights.
