Pesima,horrible, ha sido una ESTAFA. La habitación no tiene nada que ver a las fotos, estaba en obras, sin terminar, con muebles rotos y lleno de polvo, la tarjeta para entrar a la habitación rota, por los pasillos encontramos hasta un taper de unos de los trabajadores por ahi tirado. Nos prometieron que nos dejarian la habitación gratis por las molestias y nos devolverian el dinero y ha sido todo una mentira. El hotel solo nos dice que la que nos dijo que nos daria la noche gratis no tenia autorización para ello y por lo tanto no nos va a reembolsar nada. En ningún momento habiamos sido informados de que el hotel estaba en obras!! Llegamos a saberlo y obviamente no huebiramos reservado ningún alojamiento.

Pésimo, horrible, es una ESTAFA. El hotel no se muestra como en las fotos, está completamente en obras. Nuestra habitación se encontraba con muebles rotos, polvos por toda la habitación incluidas las camas, no consta de aire acondicionado, ni cocina ni mando para la televisión, para colmo nuestra llave estaba rota y no podías abrir, tuvimos que buscar con ayuda de un trabajar por teléfono la llave maestra que se encontraba al alcance de cualquier persona. Por lo tanto cualquiera puede cogerla y abrir cualquier habitación. Por las molestias nos prometieron darnos la habitación gratis y devolvernos el dinero. MENTIRA. No se hacen responsables porque la encargada que nos dio dicha solución ahora al parecer no tiene esa autoridad. Nos han estafados y no nos devuelven el dinero. Perdimos prácticamente un día entero intentando solucionar todo pero solo nos daban largas.

La ubicación del hostal es excelente, está a pocos metros de la giralda. Pero es lo único positivo que tiene, ya que según llegamos nos dimos cuenta de que el ascensor no funciona (habilitación en la segunda planta) y estaba de obras. Por si fuera poco, a las 6:30 am del viernes, empezaron a trabajar taladrando, con lo que eso conlleva, se levantó tanto polvo, que entraba a la habilitación. La solución que nos dieron fue que cambiasemos de hotel la noche del domingo al lunes (nos reembolsaban la noche). Y todo esto sin previo aviso de la existencia de obras. Sin saber porque, el sabado por la noche saltó una alarma y pese a comunicarles lo sucedido, hemos salido del alojamiento y seguía sonando.
