A fuir, Hors de prix, prestations absolument pas à la hauteur, zéro service client. Énormément de bruit jusqu’à tard, chambre salle, literie de mauvaise qualité et j’en passe. Nous sommes partis avant la fin du séjour. Payer plus de 200 euros la nuit pour ça, je n’ai jamais vu ça de ma vie. Nous voyageons beaucoup c’est une honte. J’ai porté réclamation. Ne réservez pas de séjour là bas.

Don't expect any "Boutique Hotel" as they write but tiny and poorly managed rooms. Complete lack of attention towards customers and more than finding 2 cockroaches in a room on the third floor being shameful, the lack of a wardrobe (or define the one in the photos as such), the lack of a refrigerator and Wi-Fi connection were shameful. -Fi. Let's draw a veil over the super narrow spaces of the bathroom but above all the value for money.

Awful. Even though the location is perfect, there is noise from the restaurant's customers from 12 noon to 4 p.m. and from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m.... The customers are below the patio and there is no sound insulation.... Small room 4 people. It is not possible to pay €200 for one night. Incredible.

We would like to make a complaint following the reservation from February 16 to 18, 2024. We were welcomed today for 2 nights in your hotel. We are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children aged 4 and 8), information stipulated when booking. We rented a double room for 2 nights for €400. We arrived Friday at 4:30 p.m. in the room. We were surprised by the noise. In fact, we realized that the room was located on the 1st floor of a patio itself overlooking a restaurant room. We returned at 9 p.m. to put the little ones to bed. We noticed a commotion in the room. Indeed, this room overlooking the patio has no insulation. Only wooden doors where the day passes through. The noise was enormous, the screams powerful. The children were not able to fall asleep until half past midnight in tears! However, the receptionist contacted by phone told us that the restaurant had to close at 11 p.m. So we were helpless. Wake up at 6:30 in the early morning by the sound of doors from the restaurant downstairs. We paid 400€ for 2 days! Never seen ! Pure dishonesty because no description mentioned the existence of this restaurant on the ground floor in the hotel patio! 400€! Without any possible compensation
