The staff are very nice. My flight has been delayed, and I had a great chance to miss the check-in time. I contacted the trip.com cs team, and they did a great job on passing the message to the hotel. The senorita greeting me with a big smile even if it's literally midnight, energetic, and explaining in detail for my check-in. Nevertheless, on the date check out, the hotel also offers free luggage storing up to an hour, which is great!
The location of the hotel is quite near the airport bus, since I just walked up a few minutes to get in the hotel. Very friendly for travelers from or to the airport. The main attractions are with a 20-minute walk from the hotel, use your legs and save some money from that. So on it also close to the bus station, so if you depart to the bus station, also convenient.
One little problem is that the room I stayed in is a bit old, so some of the amenities are broken. Yet, it's little problem to fix. The rest are very nice. The hotel is equipped with a kitchen and refrigerator. It is also nice for a long-term stay. It is also with a washing and drying machine, the price is eur6 for laundry and eur4 for drying. The bulk bed is equipped with 2 pug ins, 2 usb port. Each one got 2 lockers to store things. I am very satisfied with this hotel. Will recommend to friends.

Wonderful stay! Very clean environment. Each room has its own bathroom. Unlike bunk beds, you don’t feel the movement of your bunk mate because of how sturdy the compartments are built. Bed has high headspace so doesn’t feel suffocating at all and has adequate lighting. Friendly staff. Highly recommend for its cost-performance ratio!

Nous sommes venus avec un groupe d'élèves en voyage scolaire et nous y avons été très bien reçus! Les échanges en amont ont été très réactifs, la gérante ayant su s'adapter à nos différents besoins. L'accueil a été des plus aimables! Les chambres sont spacieuses, très confortables, très bien équipées et propres. Chacun y a son intimité et c'est très appréciable. Les chambres sont fournies de nombreuses prises électriques, de casiers et de grands tiroirs individuels, tout est très fonctionnel. Les espaces communs sont fonctionnels, chaleureux et décoré avec goût! Le petit déjeuner proposé, sous forme de buffet, est très varié et très bon. L'hôtel nous a aussi proposé un service de pique-nique à midi qui nous a été très utile! Merci à tous pour votre accueil, nous y reviendrons sûrement!

Pone que admiten animales con suplemento y cuando ya está hecha la reserva especifican que tiene que ser de determinada raza y menor de 10 kg. Hemos tenido que cancelar y casi no nos reembolsan el dinero. Gracias a la gestión de atención al cliente de Booking, hemos logrado cancelar sin que nos cobren la estancia. Me parece un fallo no especificar esas condiciones antes de realizar la reserva, deberían ponerlo en el apartado para ver esas condiciones antes de reservar.

Todo perfecto, limpio y muy amables, totalmente recomendable. He estado en Semana santa y muy céntrico, un terraza amplia, todos las personas que me atendieron fueron muy amables, con muy buena predisposición Ambiente tranquilo sin bullicios.

it was my first time ever staying at a hostel and it was an amazing experience. the room was clean, comfortable and inviting. i chose the women only room. it’s located in a good area that’s walkable to explore. the only thing i was confused about was that i checked in online and chose to rent towels and check in my back age before hand, however i didn’t get charged until i got there, which was fine, but i was confused whether i was charged beforehand or not. overall great experience
