Service was friendly. It was inconvenient because the bathroom didn't drain well, but there were no other major inconveniences and accessibility was good. suggestion.

Wonderful stay! Very clean environment. Each room has its own bathroom. Unlike bunk beds, you don’t feel the movement of your bunk mate because of how sturdy the compar**ents are built. Bed has high headspace so doesn’t feel suffocating at all and has adequate lighting. Friendly staff. Highly recommend for its cost-performance ratio!

It says that animals are allowed with a supplement and when the reservation is made they specify that it has to be of a certain breed and less than 10 kg. We had to cancel and they almost didn't refund our money. Thanks to Booking's customer service management, we have managed to cancel without being charged for the stay. It seems like a mistake not to specify those conditions before making the reservation, they should put it in the section to see those conditions before booking.

Everything perfect, clean and very friendly, totally recommended. I have been during Easter and very central, a large terrace, all the people who attended me were very friendly, with a very good disposition. Quiet a**osphere without hustle and bustle.

it was my first time ever staying at a hostel and it was an amazing experience. the room was clean, comfortable and inviting. i chose the women only room. it’s located in a good area that’s walkable to explore. the only thing i was confused about was that i checked in online and chose to rent towels and check in my back age before hand, however i didn’t get charged until i got there, which was fine, but i was confused whether i was charged beforehand or not. overall great experience
