Delicious breakfast. Comfortable beds. Enjoyed our stay.

Amazing!! The staff at this hotel were superb cannot compliment them enough, they were so warm, friendly, helpful and accommodating, couldn’t do enough during our stay! Breakfast was on another level, probably the best breakfast we’ve had in a hotel. Location was super central and very easy to find your way around! The rooftop pool was an added gem which was lovely in the evening to cool off after the day or catch the last of the sun! Would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Seville!

This hotel is such a gem! Located in the heart of the city, all attractions are at a walking distance (there is a good public transport network, if you don't feel walking or get tired). There are lot's of restaurants and bars within minutes of walk from hotel. Hotel itself is just wonderful. Decorated in Andalusian style, with lovely lobby bar and quiet patio terrace. There is another patio on the first floor and a pool on the 3rd floor. You get welcomed by a lovely, friendly staff and a glass of cava. Room was big, quiet, perfectly clean, with comfy bed. What I loved the most was the breakfast - by far the best I've experienced lately. Big variety of both warm and cold options, including different sorts of ready sandwiches every day, and what impressed the most - a table full of desserts (I'd say at least 10 options, with different choices each day).

Such an amazing experience staying here-right from the warm welcome by Sergio and the glass of fizz at check-in. The reception staff were especially warm, approachable, professional and a credit to the hotel-my thanks to Elisabetta and Sergio, who were both incredibly helpful during my stay. The hotel is attractive, cosy, with well-decorated and tasteful rooms and the hotel feels like a luxurious yet homely retreat from walking the fabulous streets of Seville. Breakfast in the courtyard (even in February with the cover on) was a lovely experience-complete with the fountain and the best breakfasts I have EVER known in a hotel. My goodness-hard to describe the choice of super tasty foods with plenty of choice for vegetarians like me, my favourites were the hot buffet and the table full of fresh cakes...so many each morning to choose from...incredible. The rooftop sun terrace came in useful for an afternoon relax after pounding the streets Best of both worlds. As a solo lady traveller, I felt so at ease in this excellent hotel; the location was perfect. I was able to enjoy walking everywhere and there were so many tiny squares with lovely places to sit and enjoy a glass of wine while watching the daily life in Seville. What a pleasure the whole experience was!

I would give this hotel a 5 stars but the way the ladies working at the reception were not friendly. They did say hello but it seemed more important to them to look important in their pantsuits than the scene with the customers. Everything had to be asked separately the answer was always yes or no. They gave the impression of being too pompous. Maybe they didn't understand that they were working here for the customers and not for themselves. A smile doesn't cost anything. On the other hand, Ernesto, who works in the hotel bar, and his colleague were great. They were genuinely working for the customers. The hotel is a beautiful building and the breakfast was great, but the ladies at the front desk were arrogant. There must be other 4 star hotels in this city that understand the importance of customer service. The hotel also promises a welcome drink, but I didn't get one. And a holiday is not about a welcome drink, it is about the feeling that they like a valued customer.

The Hotel is in a great location, very well kept hotel, very informative, staff very attentive at all levels, house keeping excellent, breakfast all aspects covered Hotel reception very friendly and approachable. Would happily return and look forward to using a H10 hotels again

Excellent. Friendly and efficient check in with glass of cava on arrival. Location is perfect, a ten minute walk to the city centre. Our room was spotless, toiletries, bathroom and slippers provided. Like most old town city centre hotels, the room and in particular the bathroom was small. Wardrobe space is limited, however I would rather have a smaller room and be right in the heart of the city. Plenty of hot water. Reception staff were very helpful. Come outside door and turn left for city centre or turn to the right and walk two minutes to Hercules plaza with selection of bars and restaurants. Taxi rank here also. We choose to get the airport bus. It took us 15 minutes to walk from bus station to hotel. We would stay again should we revisit lovely Seville .
