An excellent hotel. The staff very nice and willing. I had booked a standard room but since it was quite expensive due to a conference, they upgraded it to a suite with breakfast included. A real joy!

When I checked in, I asked for a pot of hot water and was charged 3.5 yuan for room service. On the day of departure on 9/13, I had already paid online, but I was overcharged once. There was obviously a problem with the handover of the entire night's accommodation fee. Good accommodation experience. Not your typical Marriott! Very outdated. What we did get was a clean place to sleep. Baseboards were chipped , wallpaper was peeling. It dud not feel like a Marriott in our past stays!!!! We have stayed at many Marriott’s!! Marriott needs to be attentive to this hotel!!!!

Reception staff were all very accommodating and helpful at all times.
The room was cleaned daily, and the bed linen also changed daily.
However replenishing of the sundries such as cotton wool pads, toilet rolls etc. were hit & miss.
The hotel is situated outside the city centre but a short taxi ride approx €8 was good value as it was located conveniently for all directions you wanted to get to.
It was ideal for a winter break as the windows could remain closed otherwise in the summer months, you would definitely need to use air con as the road outside is very busy and high traffic flow therefore very noisy & fumes.
Overall a very enjoyable stay was had :)
