We were delighted with everything about this hotel. It's old (goes back to 1857) in a good way; the traditional styling is kept immaculately and modernized in all respects. Lovely comfy beds. Good restaurants and bars, including a rooftop terrace for creative tapas and other eats, well-made drinks, and a lovely view. Good indoor breakfast buffet, too. The staff was capable, eager to help, and exceptionally welcoming. The Inglaterra's location at Plaza Nueva is close to the remarkable cathedral and other local attractions. It's also right on one end of the city tram line. Bank with A** just steps down the street. Sevilla may have some flashier hotels in this price range, but we can't imagine any place more pleasant. We'll be back.
