Upon check-in, the reception staff was very unfriendly and the rooms and hallways were unclean. I stayed for two nights and moved to a nearby hotel.

小而美的酒店。在主教堂邊的小巷子裏，走路10分鐘，到處都是小餐館，很方便。房間大小還行，衞生間小了點，帶有微波爐電磁爐和全套餐具。服務很好，可以免費寄存行李。重要的週末價格也沒漲多少，良心價。注意下巷子小，車開不到門口的，要走個20到30米。

The staff are so friendly and helpful. They couldn't be any nicer. Our room was serviced everyday. It was so easy to walk to the Cathedral, and there is a Cafe and souvenir shop right outside the motel door. There was no safe in our room though, which would have been helpful.

Le rapport qualité/prix n'est pas à la hauteur. Un appartement donnait sur une cour intérieure en travaux, bruit important. J'ai réservé 2 lits individuels et il a fallu insister pour les avoir. L'autre appartement pour les 2 derniers jours était bien . Le personnel en revanche a été très dévoué pour nous donner satisfaction.

Il s'agissait d'un appart'hôtel, très propre et bien situé dans le joli quartier de Santa Cruz à deux pas de tous les sites à visiter. Le personnel très à l'écoute. Petit déjeuner varié avec de bons fruits frais chaque jour. Beaucoup de restaurants et de boutiques aux alentours.
