Very well located. Efficient staff. Great facilities. Did not get a chance to try the food but it looked nice.

The hotel is a certain distance from the main attractions in Seville. If you are short on time, it is recommended to stay in a hotel in the center of the old city. I stayed for five nights and was very satisfied. There is a restaurant street nearby, which is very convenient for eating and shopping. The hotel lobby is clean and upscale, very much in line with a four-star hotel. The room is large, the facilities are new, the layout is reasonable, and it is very comfortable to live in. Overall, I am very satisfied.

The reception is very very slow and not very attentive to details, they confused us since we had an apartment and they guided us to the second floor of the hotel and after going up and searching they told us that it is the building next door. Very unkind when leaving the suitcase, I had to put it on the shelves Deficient service for a 4 star

It has been a very pleasant stay. Very comfortable room.

If I ever stay in Seville again, I will definitely stay here. There is a parking lot inside, so it was the most convenient place to park so far. The room condition is good, quiet, and the best.

The location of the hotel is good. It takes a few minutes to walk across the river to reach the city center and scenic spots. The hotel is very new with complete facilities and considerate service. It is suitable for all kinds of tourists. I also stayed at the Zenit Restaurant in Valencie, and it is all good. Recommended!

Hotel after renovation. Very good renovation. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is excellent (close to the center). The hotel has its own paid parking, which is very convenient, since it is difficult to find a place for a car in this area.

In the middle of the area where I was visiting. Walking distance to the Cathedral and other places.

This hotel is ranked as a four star hotel but really should be a three star the hotel itself was nice but only a few of the staff was helpful. Good location. However, I wouldn’t stay there again.

I chose this hotel as I was looking for a hotel with a swimming pool. The location is great, you can take a bus from the bus station (Prado de San Sebastian), or to Plaza de Armas (for the airport). Under 10 minutes walk to the Triana market, lots of bars/restaurants, supermarkets, and flamenco theatres. The hotel is clean, the receptionists were friendly and welcoming, nice rooftop bar and the swimming pool. Would stay here again.

Gem of a property. Staff excellent!! Pool so lovely ! Unfortunately the beds were quite hard . Everything else was perfect .

The hotel was beautiful, the rooms are compact but great and have everything you need. The hotel is within walking distance from all major landmarks and areas but it is in a residential spot, possibly by a school. Staff were ok, it does say multilingual on the hotel but only one staff member spoke a little English the others didn’t seem too interested in helping us. The restaurant staff were great.
