This hotel is Amazing From the moment we got here we got upgraded with the room and champagne as it was our anniversary!! The service from the reception is outstanding Christian & and Julio helped us arrange our evening meal with local recommendations! The roof top bar is outstanding with a nice pool and friendly vibes with great views ! This hotel is definitely worth a visit🩷

WOW! This is a must stay hotel if you are visiting Seville. Everything was perfect, from location, friendliness of staff, beautiful rooms, plentiful breakfast and the hotel is very unique. We arrived for a 4 night stay and was greeted at front desk by Vincent and Paula. We arrived very early in the morning, it was a speedy check in, bags stored for us then a quick guided look around the hotel. We were given recommendations of where to go until we could return and our room would be ready. We were lucky to actually have the use of 2 rooms as our first room had a small issue with water drainage from the shower. This was dealt with swiftly and we moved to another room. Both rooms where beautiful. The hotel is absolutely spotless with amazing art work scattered around in all rooms. We went to their roof top bar most evenings as the service and view is to die for. Lovely prepared cocktails, table service very efficient and a good variety of music played. It is open until 3.00 am so even great if you which to have a late nightcap. Each visit we were greeted by Candela who always had a table reserved for us, she was very tentative without being intrusive ensuring we were well looked after; I highly recommend a visit. Breakfast was superb and served until 11.30 am. It is table service and buffet with a vast selection and you are never rushed to leave your table, the staff are very friendly and efficient. The hotel also offers a classic indoor cocktail bar which again the service is impeccable. The hotel Director, Marina, is often seen walking around the hotel ensuring that everyone is happy and asking if there is anything she can do to make your stay more enjoyable, this is rarely seen in large hotel chains. Next door to the hotel is the Lobby nightclub, we were shown around and informed that if we wished to make a visit we would not have to wait to gain entry, just come to the front and we would be ensured entry. It is open until 6.00 am and looked very classy with a good mixture of age groups. Being a well travelled family I can highly recommend this hotel for a fabulous stay, you will not be disappointed. We will definitely be returning in the future and recommending to all our friends

Iit was amaizing!! The feeling of the hotel, the beds of the room, the ambiance, the roof top, it was a great experience. The location was awesome as close to everything.

Lovely relaxing hotel in a perfect location. Service was excellent. Rooftop bar a great spot for people watching. Breakfast served from 8-11am in a beautiful restaurant on the first floor with windows overlooking the river. Fabulous selection and service

Mini breaks can be very tiring as you try to cram in as much as possible, in such a short period. As a result of this, you generally tend not to spend too much time in your hotel. However, good City hotels like The Lobby can be wonderfully restorative and re-energising, by doing everything right without making a fuss. Huge attention has gone into the tasteful design and decor of this building. But above and beyond all of this, was the helpfulness and professionalism of every staff member that we encountered. I 'd have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone

Wonderful hotel deserving of the 5 stars. Might shade a little more to the 30-50 year old crowd than 60+, with a super hip rooftop bar and slightly confusing elevator banks. Rooms are the most nicely designed and comfortable I've stayed anywhere. Incredible staff and perfect location. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Seville.

Busy location; spacious rooms with excellent soundproofing from traffic noise. En suite room was packed with everything we needed and had that element of luxury we were looking for. Attentive service, with excellent recommendations of what to see and where to eat out. Breakfast was delightful. Roof top bar was great especially at sunset.

Superlative breakfast! Fabulous staff; especially Carlos on reception. We stayed in suite 210B. Immaculately clean, well soundproofed and very spacious room. Side view from suite to La Giralda. Housekeeping was a very high standard. Quirky and luxurious. Near the river and within walking distance to most of the city sights.
