Красивый отель в центре Севильи. До всех достопримечательностей можно дойти пешком, Собор и Алькасар совсем рядом, до автобусного вокзала не больше 15 минут пешком. Персонал доброжелателен, не сразу, но поменяли номер - сначала хотели дать номер 10 прямо у ресепшен и лифта, я отказалась. Говорят на испанском, английском, французском. Завтрак без горячего, вкусный кофе. Из недостатков: слышимость очень хорошая, слышно что говорят в соседнем номере.

Great location, very helpful and professional staff at reception. Having a lift was unexpected bonus for properties in this area. However room triggered severe allergic rhinitis for those sensitive to allergens.

The hotel was in a great location. Lots of restaurants and attractions close by. Our tiny room #12 was off of the lobby, and soundproofing was non-existent. We could hear guests coming and going whenever we were in the room, and the volume from the reception was very loud. The sheets were clean but the rest of the bedding was dirty, particularly the white’ish coverlets on top of the bed, they were filthy! Dead flies on the bathroom floor were a bit of a turn-off too.
In the morning the breakfast selection was extremely limited but it would have got us by. Only problem was that we were put off by the mold on the chocolate loaf that my husband unwrapped, which understandably put us off of eating any of the other options.
Wouldn’t stay there again but would definitely look for another hotel in the same area.

We enjoyed our 4 nights at the Europa. There was always someone at reception that was able to help us speaking English. The room and facilities were good, the buffet breakfast was of a good standard although without an extensive range of products. The location was excellent, just a few minutes walk from the cathedral. However, it is a good idea to find your way to and from the hotel down the back streets with your mobile phone! The only criticism we had was, the rooms could do with more sound insulation from the road at the front.

Nice old-fashioned hotel, right in middle of town. It would be hard to navigate and drive if only one person. You have to removed some traffic cones across the street to stop to off load. Then they help you to the parking garage about 100 meters away.
