Apartamentos Suites Santa Cruz

I really liked the site, the location and the apar**ent. We have been very comfortable. If we return we would repeat without hesitation.

The location is good and the service is OK, quite satisfactory.

Our introduction and experience with Apartamentos Suites Santa Cruz was not great. I also have the feeling that the positive experiences are mainly about the hotel. We arrived in the evening and had to report to Halo. The check in was friendly and we were accommodated. Brought to the apar**ent. We quickly saw that the apar**ent was dirty. Under the bed was a layer of material that could be used to knit a sweater, an empty bottle and paper. It hadn't been cleaned there for months. In the freezer, frozen bread was covered in months of ice. And we saw more things. The safe was loose in the cupboard and could be carried under the arm. We decided to report it the next morning, it was already midnight and we decided to go to bed. And then the trouble really started. The sprayed ones were loose and several legs were crooked or bent. The bed danced in the room and that meant one hell of a night. Furthermore, the apar**ents are old and noisy. There are 6 apar**ents in the building and you hear everything from each other. From snoring to talking and from every nightly activity to making coffee. The apar**ent is in a ridiculous state of repair. The hairdryer was broken. A hole in a cupboard provided access to an electrical socket. After our complaint, the apar**ent was cleaned and the bed repaired. The safe had been like this for a long time and would remain that way according to the manager?? The sandwiches in the freezer remained until the next tenants. And even though we stayed for a week we had to pay 10 euros for clean towels. It was said because of the environment. Why the most polluting Nespresso cups are used is a mystery. The location is good and so is the functioning of the heating and air conditioning. I would not recommend this apar**ent.

Great location! Unfortunately, the bathroom was a bit old and there was only a rain shower and no normal shower head. Unfortunately, at times it smelled like sewage.

Apar**ent very well located in the center of the Santa Cruz neighborhood, clean and with everything you need, the reception of the apar**ent is located next door, at the Halo Boutique Hotel, the staff is charming, we had a problem with the apar**ent and they quickly They solved it by moving us to another nearby apar**ent and even better, very happy with the choice.
