El hotel está ubicado en el mejor sitio para hacer turismo, fuimos a todos lados andando. El personal de recepción muy muy amables. A destacar la terraza para tomar algo delante mismo de la Giralda. Le doy 3 estrellas porque al irnos, le pedimos un taxi a recepción y así lo hicieron. Lógicamente el taxi al llegar ya marcaba 5€ por venir, pero no nos avisaron que justo en la misma acera del hotel a unos 100 metros había una parada de taxis. Fallo inaceptable para un hotel 5 estrellas.

Ein toll gelegenes Hotel, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuß, oder via Tram zu erreichen. Überaus zuvorkommendes Personal. Wir hatten eine Juniorsuite mit 2 Terrassen. Sehr bequeme Betten mit feinster Bettwäsche. Frühstücksbuffet sehr reichhaltig mit großer Auswahl an Obst. Innenhof toll gestaltet und ein Gläschen Cava gab es zum Empfang. Ebenso feinste Pralinen, Wasser sowieso.

Posizione a dir poco strategiaca, appena usciti dal hotel, sei già difronte alla bellissima catedrale (è obbligo andarla a visitare). La camera a noi assegnata era molto spaziosa e moderna con un letto "super KING" comodissimo. La colazione è risultata essere ottima come i camerieri di sala. Tutto lo staff è stato molto professionale e cortese. Gli unici difetti, da noi osservati, sono la mancanza di prodotti igenici nel bagno. Le salviette bidè dovrebbero essere almeno 2 visto che eravamo in coppia e questo vale anche per il kit accessori bagno (spazzolino da denti) Consiglio di far vedere ad un idraulico gli scarichi della vasca e dei lavabi visto che l'acqua fa fatica a scendere, questo perchè dovrebbe essere un 5 stelle. A parte questi piccoli difetti consiglio vivamente questo bel hotel. Uno cosa però da bocciare assolutamente è il servizo "SPA". Non andrò ad elencare gli innumerevoli difetti!!!
