It was very warm welcome by the service staff. Location is awesome as we face the river view and it is very convenient to get to place of interest by foot as well. Will want to stay again if I am back in Sevilla!

Front desk staff were very helpful. Location is awesome! Hotel room was well equipped and soundproof. Had breakfast on the terrance on one occasion - again very good.

Fantastic hotel, modern and well appointed in a great location next to the Puente Isobel II (Triana) Bridge. All the famous sites in Seville are a short walk away, bars , restaurants are very close by. The rooftop bar is a special feature giving lovely views over the river towards Triana. I took the bus from the airport (€4), with the bus stop within a short walk from the hotel at the Plaza de Toro. I’ll definitely be returning to this hotel on my next visit to Seville.

Facilities, sanitation, environment, service, and location are all good. The original first-floor room had poor lighting, so the front desk immediately changed it to a third-floor room. The only difference is that the breakfast variety is not comparable to that of domestic hotels, and it is a bit monotonous. I will continue to choose this hotel next time.

The room is very clean, the terrace is large, and the river view is very beautiful. The service staff is very enthusiastic. Breakfast is served on the rooftop, and it is very enjoyable to look at the river view.

The dryer is really strong, and the amenities are well equipped!

非常滿意，酒店位置很好，下了機場大巴大概幾分鐘就可以走到。距離主教堂 塞維利亞王宮步行都在10mins左右，附近還有個大超市。
酒店小而精，入住贈送小零食 果汁，還有免費的小點心，服務非常好。
早餐是在樓頂露台，種類少但口味好，現榨橙汁太棒了。

The hotel is well maintained and spotless. The bedroom very well equipped and attractive with the biggest most comfortable bed we've slept in. The staff throughout are exceptionally friendly, helpful and professional. We whole heartedly Hotel Kivir.

Location is a plus! we just cross the street and walk along the river. A lot of dinning options just around the corner. Close to the most touristic places. Staff super friendly. Awesome breakfast. Super comfy beds. Clean baths. Yes a little bit noise since is on the Main Street, but it didn't bother so much. Only downs for me: no restaurant in the hotel (they are building one), and no parking ( but 2 garage buildings very close. We will go back here on our next trip to Sevilla.

I was not impressed with breakfast, but hotel was clean, my room was facing river and it was above bar/restaurant and noise was too much but I feel unfair to say that is hotel problem . the problem was bar/restaurant

As soon as you enter through the doors, you are welcomed by extremely friendly staff. The hotel itself is new and extremely well located with excellent facilities - each room comes with a mini bar that includes free bottles juices and water, an array of toiletries and even a pillow menu to fit your every need! The breakfast although not included with the room price is also excellent - with a chef at hand to make you your eggs however you want and fresh fruit smoothies, to accompany an array of pastries, cheeses, cold meats, jams, cereals and fruits. I cannot recommend this place enough! If you can book a room on the 4th floor, where you can benefit from a private balcony with table and chairs and sun loungers facing the river.
