From the moment we walked in we knew we’d come somewhere special. Staff couldn’t have been nicer. Our room (101) had lovely French windows opening on to a Juliet balcony. It was quieter than I was expecting even when we left them wide open. If you want cookie cutter luxury go elsewhere but you’ll be missing a great experience in the best location.

ideally situated at 5 minutes from the Sevilla cathedral and the Real Alcazar. Nice and special style with spacious rooms and large bathroom this was a good choice. breakfats has to be ordered 15 minutes before and is last minute prepared. The "standard" is on the roof terraces. I could have given 5 stars but the staff is a bit "distant" and cold although available 24/7

Son atout principal reste son emplacement. Idéal pour visiter à pied Séville, à quelques minutes à pied de la Cathédrale et de l'Alcazar. Et tout peut se faire à pied. C'est une ancienne demeure avec une grande verrière et des chambres toute autour. Pour le calme mieux vaut avoir une chambre qui ne donne pas sur la rue, la nôtre donnait sur un puits de lumière, pas de vue donc, mais à peu près au calme, même si nous avons entendu de la musique la nuit. Les chambres sont spacieuses, la salle de bain aussi, plateau de courtoisie avec eau, bouilloire thé café et petites galettes typiques, très agréable. Petit déjeuner servi en terrasse au 3ème étage, avec belle vue sur la ville, prévenir 15mn avant, on vous amène alors avec un peu d'attente, les boissons commandées assorties de jambon ibérique, manchego, pain, jus de fruits frais, beurre, confitures, yaourts, fruits et œufs à la demande. Petits bémols : quelques cheveux trouvés a notre arrivée dans la salle de bains, literie assez molle et oreillers à revoir. Propreté de la vaisselle à corriger, beaucoup de traces sur les verres, tasses, dommage. Accueil assez froid.

When we arrived we were offered to book our tickets for the visits, telling us that it was on the official sites. We paid €55.40 for 2 entries with audio guide (in reality an app that did not work on one of the 2 phones) for the Alcazar, not through the official website but through Ponchotour. They were not able to give us valid documents. We were turned away at 12 p.m., the time to collect the tickets from Ponchotour and to return it was 12:38 p.m. and we could not enter.
New reservation by us on the official website: €27 for 2 entries!!!
difference of €28.40!!!
Total cost for us: €82.40 - THEFT!!!!!

Lovely staff, nothing was ever too much trouble. Bedroom spacious, overlooking the street. A nice big bed, which was very comfortable. Enjoyed a leisurely breakfast on the terrace. Would certainly stay again, as the location couldn’t have been better.

Perfect location and within walking distance to everything! The room was huge and had very high ceilings which was nice. The bed was large but could have been more comfortable. We booked a grand deluxe room with a balcony that was supposed to have a view of the cathedral but the balcony was quite tiny and the windows were dirty so we couldn’t really see outside or stand on the balcony, so it wasn’t really worth it for that upgrade, although the size of the room made up for it. Breakfast was good and nice to have the option to be served in our room! The rooftop terrace had a wonderful view of the cathedral. Service was excellent. Shower had great water pressure. Overall a good stay.

Due to a mix up (which was completely my own fault) we had to rebook - the hotel staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating. The building is stunning and in a fantastic part of Seville with views of the cathedral. Our rooms were large and lovely, with antique furniture and very much in keeping with the style of the hotel. Price very reasonable. Breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed eating it on the terrace and watching kestrels, swifts and swallows swooping above and around the cathedral. I would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to anyone.
