Highly recommend this hotel! We had a great balcony , the amenities were great , bed was comfortable and the staff were very friendly! Also Pet friendly for an added cost.

It's the cleanest room I've ever lived for the same standard hotel, quite a surprise. If you don't mind walking, you can visit all the highlights within 30min. And the staff's recommended restaurant is also delicious 😋. Nice Stay!

It was so friendly and the atmosphere was nice. It's an old building, but it's well maintained, so it felt more local.

Hotel in good location for visiting Alcazar, Las Cetas, Cathedral etc.Very clean, lovely decor throughout.
(Plaza de Espana worth a visit)

Excellent location, especially if you are coming from or going to the train station, which is about 15 minutes' walk away; town centre is even closer. Staff were great.

This was the worst experience I’ve had with **********. Air conditioning broken and not fixed. Dirty rooms. No towels changed. Lights going off every five minutes. One extremely small room with no outside window. No apologies. Dirty laundry bags littering the floor in the entrance. I’m trying to get a partial refund. I hope ********** will support me
