Ich kann nur jedem eindringlich empfehlen diese Unterkunft zu meiden. Es ist dreist so etwas anzubieten. Die Reinigung der Zimmer wird nur halbherzig durchgeführt, es stinkt aus den Abflüssen des Badezimmers, die Wände sind extrem hellhörig und allem voran schadet man seiner Gesundheit, da das gesamte Gebäude ein Schimmelproblem hat. Unser Zimmer war leider kein Einzelfall. Dies ging aus Gesprächen mit weiteren Gästen hervor.

Aus gesundheitlichen Gründen haben wir die Unterkunft direkt nach Einzug wieder verlassen. Die Decke des Zimmers war im Bereich der Klimaanlage mit Schimmel befallen. Außerdem war ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch im Zimmer vernehmbar. Man konnte nicht eindeutig identifizieren, ob der Geruch aus den Abflüssen des Badezimmers kam oder sich aufgrund des Schimmelbefalls ein übler muffiger Geruch im Zimmer breitgemacht hat. Als weiteren Beanstandungspunkt möchte ich die Einrichtung des Zimmers erwähnen. Diese entsprach definitiv nicht den Bildern und Beschreibungen. Die Möbel waren alt, heruntergekommen und verlebt. Außerdem war die Küchenzeile sowie die Küchenutensilien nicht sauber gereinigt worden.

Las fotos que teneis no corresponde con la realidad son muy antiguas. Llevo viajando a Sevilla varias veces en al año y familiares mio tambien se Hospeda en Resitur y los aptos han cambiado bastante. Tienen su cocina equipada con frigo y fuegos y el colchon es bastante bueno y comodo. Cerca tiene Mercadona y bares para comer y cenar sobre todo lo mejor ir andando al centro 10 minutos. Para aparcar el coche es complicado pero se puede encontratar estacionamiento en la calle. Repetimos cada vez que vamos.

PESSIMO è riduttivo! SPORCO! Lercio e senza alcuna assistenza. Bagno indecente e asciugamani sporchi! Abbiamo dovuto spendere altri soldi per comprare asciugamani puliti! STATE ALLA LARGA DA QUESTA STRUTTURA -HOME TRIANA-. Proprietaria maleducata ed assente!

Tuvimos la suerte de que hacia poco que compraron la cama y las mesitas de noche en nuestra habitación. Eso fue muy cómodo . El sofá también increíble. Ahora la cocina dios mío qué no tenía para que limpiaramos los cubiertos. Tienes que ir al Mercadona y comprarlos tu . Eso muy mal .

No esperes llegar al palacio de buckingham por el precio que tienen. Para el precio que se paga está bien, lo mejor la ubicación, muy cerca del centro, el lugar está bien para ir solo a dormir. La limpieza es muy mejorable, asi como los servicios. Algunas cosas están rotas, si eres muy "tiquismiquis" no te lo recomiendo.

Apartamentos baratos muy ruidoso. Por la mañana las limpiadoras hacen el descanso imposible moviendo muebles y charlando entre ellas, gritando en el pasillo y por la noche, entre los clientes borrachos, los que se pelean, los mal educados, .tampoco. En Magalluf he visto gente más civilizada. De las cucarachas ...no hablamos, solo porque me han molestado más los animales de dos patas que hay como clientes.

Struttura molto vecchia, camera abbastanza ampia per essere una doppia ma assolutamente in pessime condizioni (allego foto) sia strutturali che di pulizia. Ho chiesto di volerla cambiarla ma mi è stato detto che avevano tutto occupato. Asciugamani e copriletto sporchi. Non ci ritornerò. Unica nota positiva,la posizione,abbastanza centrale

Está claro que cada uno tiene su experiencia pero la nuestra no ha sido buena. La ubicación es excelente, pero todo lo demás deja mucho que desear, limpieza nula, de hecho pensamos que nos habían dado la habitación sin limpiar por lo que fuimos a comunicarlo a recepción y caso omiso. El baño daba verdadero asco, y la cocina ni te cuento. Además de noche es imposible dormir con el ruído del local que hay en la calle de enfrente. La televisión no funciona y el aire acondicionado muy regulero. El personal...sin comentarios, creo que nunca vi gente con tan pocas ganas de trabajar. En resumen, sitio que no recomiendo para nada.
