The service was good, the staff were friendly, the room was nice and very clean.
The view from the rooftop bar was also great.

The decorations in our hotel room at UNUK in Seville took us by surprise. I had mentioned our anniversary when upgrading our room, and they certainly delivered. We had a fantastic experience and highly recommend this hotel. The service was outstanding, and the rooftop restaurant offered delicious cuisine with stunning city views. The location was ideal as well.

Albergo bellissimo, ottima accoglienza, personale gentile e disponibile, soprattutto con i bambini! Esperienza magnifica! La posizione vicinissima al centro e alle principali attrazioni! Ristorante sulla terrazza fantastico, abbiamo cenato lì l' ultima sera al tramonto ed è stato davvero spettacolare!

The hotel is centrally placed for exploring Sevilla but because it is located in a relatively small building it struggles to provide all the services associated with a five star hotel. As a consequence I would say it rates only as a four star hotel. Having said that the staff were excellent and very professional, the rooms were spotless if a little small and the food was five star. The gym is small with just one treadmill, one exercise bike , one cross trainer and some free weights . To use the gym you had to book a time as only two or three people could be in the gym at any one time. The rooftop pool was small and only suitable for a cooling dip and not a swim. The hotel has been well fitted out but because of its location the designers have had to squeeze a lot into a relatively small building.

The hotel was in a great location, welcoming and very clean. The room was pleasant, the bed and pillows were amazing. The shower was fabulous but leaked all over the floor. The first night we had a problem with the TV and air conditioning, which they sent up a member of staff to look at, but no joy so they had to control the AC from reception and mended the next day. The following day both of our keys cards stopped working so we had to return to the Reception to correct this. On our last day, we had to leave before breakfast so they gave us a picnic bag to take, very disappointing especially for a 5 star hotel, so I would state this is a 4 star not 5.

Excellent experience across the Board: Location (central but quiet), rooms (deluxe room has private patio)/Bathrooms (best shower ever); and last but not least friendly, attentive service. Highly recommended! We shall return for another visit.

Had the warmest welcome ever in a hotel for my birthday and throughout our stay it felt very special. An unpretentious calm oasis with sweeping rooftop views and a lovely little infinity pool. Our suite was massive - more like a huge apartment. Fab varied breakfast too. Worth the cost for a special treat.

Unfassbar tolles Hotel. Es fehlt an nichts. Super Dachterrasse mit extellentem Essen. Personal super nett! Ausstattung entspricht einem 5 Sterne Hotel. Besonders hervorzuheben ist Ivan - ein sehr aufmerksamer, sympathischer und kompetenter Mitarbeiter des Restaurants!

Gem of a hotel in old town Seville. Walkable to everything. Great room and amenities. Exceptionally friendly staff. We loved our stay there.
One thing to improve: the restaurants and breakfast dining room needs a better chef.
