Hôtel moderne. Excellent emplacement dans le centre de Séville, à proximité de la cathédrale. Chambre spacieuse et confortable, insonorisation parfaite. Alors que cela n’était pas prévu, notre chambre disposait d’une terrasse privative.

We specifically choose this hotel in Seville to celebrate my husbands 60 th birthday today ! I did email the hotel in advance to maybe ask for a nice room at least with a view . I was so disappointed that my request was not even taken into consideration and to be given a room at the back over looking another persons brick wall/ balcony . Again very disappointed the hotel haven’t acknowledged this special occasion in anyway what so ever, we felt very underwhelmed. Not very hospitable!

Bonne situation tout peut se faire à pieds. Bonne accueil Suite spacieuse Bar sur le toit Petite piscine Salle petit déjeuner petite mais il y a toujours de tout pour le petit déjeuner Seul bémol le nettoyage des chambres et le canapé avec des tâches. Réception au top

This hotel cancelled my reservation the day I was supposed to arrive that I had booked months in advance. Unfortunately for me they were able to get 3x the rate I had reserved initially. Their customer Service has been no existent and they are unapologetic. BEWARE!

The hotel is in a perfect location literally steps away from the catedral. There is a rooftop terrace with wonderful views and a rooftop pool as well. I loved the beds and slept so well but the most amazing part for me was the incredible care the staff gave us. We brought a tour group and check in can be chaotic but Adrian had prepared everything ahead of time so it was seamless and perfect. I would love to come and stay here again.

Overall this hotel was fantastic. The location was perfect, the hotel is smart and spotlessly clean and our room was extremely comfortable. We loved the bar area/pool and the service throughout was great. Unfortunately, there is an awful smell of drains most of the time, largely throughout the reception area. Thankfully the smell didn’t affect our room. The dining area for breakfast is located on the ground floor and we were concerned that it would be very unpleasant to eat in this smell but luckily it didn’t seem to coincide. Breakfast was disappointing, it was a very basic offering and poorly replenished later in the morning. It is such a shame because the smell spoilt what is a truly lovely hotel.

Great hotel in a great location. Stayed in a suite and the room was big and with great conditions. The price was fair and breakfast was good and complete. The only thing i missed was the slippers... just this detail. Great bed to, and nice pillows.

Bellissimo soggiorno in una location spettacolare, in pieno centro città. Splendida la stanza assegnata a noi, credo con un gradito upgrade dovuto al mio compleanno, come la fetta di torta con auguri che ho trovato in camera: davvero una chicca. Tutto molto comodo, meraviglioso il terrazzo con tavolini, ottima la colazione. Pensiamo di tornare il prossimo anno per la settimana santa e chiederemo una stanza sulla facciata principale, con vista processioni: uno spettacolo da non perdere.

Fantastic hotel. We stayed in Seville a few nights and this hotel was perfect. It felt super luxurious the moment you walked in. You are directly across from the cathedral with multiple cafes and restaurants lining the surrounding streets. Fantastic location. We only ate breakfast here and it was very nice. The staff are excellent and arranged taxis for us with no problem. Limited loungers for the rooftop pool but they were quick to make sure people weren’t hogging them all day. Great bar tenders upstairs on the roof and downstairs. Really would recommend for a couples weekend to explore the city and treat yourself.
